I purchased three doodledeals on the strength of the recommendations on here. The owner Danielle came the first time and was lovely. Tonight I had a service booked for 7pm and was stood up!
At 7pm, a woman (not Danielle) called to say that she was running late. At 7:30pm, I ran upstairs to deal with my son who had vomitted. At 7:34pm I checked my phone and there was a voicemail and text message asking for my address. I texted and called, several times. At 7:45pm I finally got a text back saying that the woman wasn’t coming and that it was my fault for not providing my address!
It’s difficult getting in touch with Danielle to book the service. Tonight was the last straw. I have asked for a refund on both my other «deals.» There is another mani-​pedi service out there that is responsive and really delivers!

Very accomodating. Punctual. Friendly. Do Recommend for people like me who have a hard time fitting their schedule (or children!) around the strict hours and rules of a regular nail salon.
