Spina is an seasonal fresh pasta house located in the heart of the East Village. Pastas handmade by Blanca Rincon and designed by Executive Chef Joseph Marcus are as unique and complex as the neighborhood evolving with every season. General Manager Matthew Harrell’s wine list goes international and local with some expert selections from traditional wine regions as well as the Finger Lakes located in upstate New York.

Spina’s brick walled, cozy dining room contains a fresh pasta bar where guests can watch our Pasta Chef Blanca prepare fresh pasta throughout their dining experience. For those interested in learning Spina’s pasta secrets, Chef Joseph Marcus offers Pasta Classes by appointment every Sunday afternoon which includes learning multiple recipes and styles, snacks, wine and a sit down pasta dinner.
