Sprint Store

For a multibillion dollar company I’m amazed that their service could be so bad. I went online to port my account from AT&T. They took my info over the phone 3 times, sent me to the store twice to provide ID, told me my phone was ordered and on it’s way twice then come to find out they opened and closed the account in 24 hours because their departments don’t speak to each other. Sprint is good example of corporate greed and internal rotting… they outsource jobs to cheap labor countries and leave their customers to navigate their poorly organized bureaucracy. #sprintsucks #whatswrongwithamerica #poorservice #betterbusinessbureau #cellplans #cellphones

Worst possible place to go !! Incompetent staff, very rude … Was waiting for a technical staff and there was nobody at the desk … That’s why Harlem take so much time growing, because if the people the hire. If you have other choices to go?, go… That’s what I did …

Go see Brian, he is very smart and knows what he is talking about when it comes to switching from one carrier to the next.

Mike your a Rockstar he took his time he multi tasked and he really took care of us!!! But my last visit there before this one really turned my stomach dealing with RASHIMA she rude as she sits there patting her weave smdh sad thing is that shes still there being rude they need to have her in the back stocking boxes… smdh

I decided to write a review, after seeing all of these one star ratings. I have been going to this store for about 15 years and have always received great service. I have asked for the manager, at times, when I disagreed with customer service decisions. However, I have always treated the employees with respect and they have treated me respectfully. I also think they handle the amount of daily foot traffic that they receive very efficiently.

The other reviews are spot on! This place has the worst customer service possible… rude, unprofessional, uncaring, unhelpful, and any other pejorative adjective you can think of.
A special shout out goes to RASHIMA… never before have I encountered someone with such utter disdain towards customers. Nasty personality, couldn’t care less, and exhibits actual disgust for the people who are there to spend their money (You know… those pesky individuals who are the reason you have a job, Rashima???).
After dropping off my Galaxy S4 earlier in the day to get it repaired, they said they weren’t able to fix it, so I asked them to set aside a new S5 and I’d pay for the upgrade. When I returned to the store later that day, they pointed me to the «technicians» desk in the back. I stood there for 5 minutes while one woman looked up at me and then went back to playing with her cell phone. Then another woman finally acknowledged me. I explained my situation, she looked up my account, said that, yes, they had set my new phone aside and that someone would be with me «in less than a minute.» Literally 30 minutes went by while person after person was called before me. Finally, Rashima walks by and I say, «excuse me, can you tell me how much longer it will be?» Without breaking stride or even looking at me, she angrily grunted, «How should I know? Whenever they call you.» Seriously??? How about, «What’s your name and I’ll check?» or «Let me see what I can find out?» or «I’m sorry you’ve been waiting, how can I help you?» It’s really not that difficult. I immediately asked for her name and if a manager was on duty. She just said «yeah» and went into the staff’s back room.
I did talk to the manager, Randolph, and he was polite and apologetic. He was the only one who seemed to actually care about customer service. The other staff seemed to be indifferent, at best, including the one at the front who said he’d get someone to explain the phones to me «in just a second,» and then of course nobody ever showed up.
Sprint — please read these reviews and do something about this store. It’s a disgrace!

I would not care if they closed the entire store because about 85% of the staff is rude, ghetto and unprofessional.
Why hasn’t SPRINT taken care of this ??
This store is making the entire company look bad… it makes me ashamed to be a Harlemite.

Worst customer service ever! All I need to do is return an accessory I bought and I’ve been waiting ½ hour with more to come. There are eight reps hanging around of which only three are working. The rest are hanging around and chatting! Bad service.

They were very rude unprofessional and ever since their manager Sam left that location the service has gone down. I went to the location to purchase a device and had to cancel it before leaving the store. The service was so bad I had to void my transaction. I’ve been with sprint over a decade and I’m seriously thinking about canceling my service. The customer service over the phone although polite they’re ineffective. They can’t make a decision, they promised someone would call me back and that never happened. Sprint as a whole has to do better in terms of how they treat their customers. Attitude reflects leadership from the top down not vise versa so in short if management is ineffective imagine how good are their employee’s.

Very rude, always to try to tell you that if your phone is broken or if you have a problem with sprint is your fault.
Very low service relation, not professional… they need to make big changes in this store to make it friendly and efficient!
And I’m sure this store goes very well and has a lot of customers because that’s the only store in the upper west side /​Harlem/​Washington heights… But customers deserve being treated correctly. What this store does is make people not happy against sprint. Sprint should take these reviews seriously because it’s their image behind all of that!
There is only one positive thing about this store, it’s the MUSIC! Always enjoy the music when I wait for AGES…

Easily the most comically unprofessional service I’ve ever recieved at a sprint store. The young woman who I was scheduled to speak with“rashima” got an attitude immediately when I asked her to explain to me my options as far as finding a different plan. Then she said I had to call customer service to get assistance. I asked her of she could check on her console and she sucked her teeth at me, rolled her eyes and begrudgingly offered the information. She cut me off while talking no less than three times and was just very, very rude. I will never return to this establishment and was so put off by how I was treated I am now considering canceling my service wth sprint entirely. If I could put zero stars I would. Negative one would be even more fitting

I was having problems with my iPhone 4. I went into this store early AM. The first Rep. I encountered asked me come back in an hour when their electronics specialist was in. I came back in an hour and a different Rep. informed me the best way to go, take it to Apple. This Harlem store has slow service, lack of energy, slight to non professionalism. I will never go to this store again.

This particular Sprint location, in the heart of Harlem, is one that I used to frequent more-​so in the past than in recent times.
One can pay their bill here, get your phone checked out, switch up your plan and/​or buy a new phone, etc.
It’s conveniently located near the A/​B/​C/​D and ²⁄₃ subway stations and isn’t usually crowded.
I actually got some of the people who work (ed) here to help me a few times … amazing in this day and age.
