If i could, i would give this store –2 stars. Customer service sucks and very unhelpful. I went in to get printer toner and they had me waiting forever so the two cashiers can get someone to help me. They told me to step aside so they can get someone to help me. No one was even available to help me. They were were pretty much useless. One of them was on their phone behind the register. No one even checked in with me about why they couldn’t get the toner for me themselves. After this shitty service, i will not be returning. 20 minutes have passed and I’m still waiting…

Huge ripoff. I tend to like staples and I’m surprised there are no reviews for this location. Selection is horrible and prices are higher than the website. They refuse to honor online prices.
I came by to make a purchase after seeing a few options on the website but the prices were significantly higher. A helpful salesperson told me the deal that they wouldn’t honor the prices and that the location actually sells many things for about 20% more and if I wanted to get online prices, I could use the kiosk on the main floor to place an order.
Needless to say, I ended up placing an order online and picking it up at this store.
Even with picking up, it was horrible. First they kept pushing the work between various staff members to find my order before they pushed it onto a staff members who’s pregnant. They also had problems finding my order as well. It took about 15 min to find my order. The pregnant staff member was very friendly though.
