Having the barista rudely, almost brusquely, tell me that reduced fat milk is the same as non-fat, only to have the manager tell her that she’s wrong. Returned my drink and definitely not going back.

The register woman was friendly, played along with my humor, and called me sweety. Me likey. The barista was on FIYAH! He was NOT having it. But in an entertaining way, as he was not shy about sassing it up with said register woman… but switched gears when addressing customers(according to Mr. Fierceness, it was his pleasure to make the frapps about which he was just complaining to his co-worker). Condiment area was clean enough. Layout is okay… half the seating is good, the other constant traffic behind you. A-okay location!

Small area with limited seats, nice music, average service … My boyfriend and I had the cinnamon chi tea… I had the ice, he had the hot one…

The best starbucks ever! It’s always busy, but the wait isn’t long. The associates get to know you by name and order, and i have never ONCE been dissatisfied with my coffee. They will also make you specialty drinks that aren’t on the menu. I had them make me a strawberry mocha frap. It was FANTASTIC! Also, i had a strawberry peach lemonade. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

Standard Starbucks. For this to be such a high traffic Starbucks the employees are very personable and kind. The wait is never too long to order or receive your drink. The seat fill up pretty fast and stay occupied for long periods of time. As far as accuracy and consistency on my drinks they are always on Park and even have recommended new drinks for me to try and they have always been a hit.

** I’M ALWAYSGREETEDWITH A SMILE ** This is actually one of my favourite Starbucks in the city :) I have always liked that the seats face the counter, so you can get up and get something else and still see your stuff. The wifi used to be weak in here, but now it is nice and strong. And the staff are super nice! I always get the same thing(or similar) and they all remember my name and what I want. It’s a busy place and they see hundreds of people, so that is a nice touch. It’s kind of dark in the back which I like, too. You can see your computer or tablet easy. This shop is right across from Trader Joe’s and Harmon and down the street from TJ Maxx and Marshalls — love this area and this is a perfect spot to sit and rest if you are hopping about town.

I used to come here everyday until I got kicked out. The employee asked me to leave the seat for someone else right after I threw my empty cup away. I was speechless but«thank you». Thank you for saving my money in your store from that moment on – March 20th.

Cozy lil coffee shop, close to path and subway station, not a lot of seating but enough as it isn’t too crowded.

Came in to cool down while walking the streets of the city. Ordered an iced green tea, staff was friendly, service a bit slow, and place a bit crowded. They only have one bathroom, so men and women(and there are a lot of them) are lined up right next to where you pick up your order. There’s also an island in the middle of the store, which is a nice idea, but I find it interferes with people trying to sit, stand, and walk by. Overall, not a bad place to grab your drink and go.

Store #7285 A small space with very limited seating. When requested to work on a Saturday, with great reluctance I obliged, servers at this Starbucks are polite and attentive to provide me lunch for a Panini Mozzarella tomato peppers at $ 5.55 and one tall hot Green Tea at $ 2.25 with honey. Splash sticks are readily available to prevent spillage from the cup when en route to one’s final destination. I love brown sugar as it’s healthy and pure. This Starbucks #7285 is currently hidden under scaffolding.

Twice in the last month I’ve had a terrible experience at this location, and from now on, I’ll go to the other nearby Starbucks(on 23rd&7th, and the one on 21st St. in the middle of the block) where I’ve never had this problem. Both times this happened: I order a venti black iced tea, and I sit there for 20 – 25 minutes drinking it and reading the NY Times. When I go back to get a refill, the cashier asks me if I’ve been in the store. I say yes, and David, a manager or something, says, «He just walked in» or «He wasn’t here» — in other words, essentially accusing me of trying to steal a free drink from them. I have a gold card and until the last time this happened today, I’d always assumed that the card keeps track of your purchases and somehow knows to lower the refill price of 50 or 55 cents to zero because a free refill of iced tea is a perk, supposedly, for gold cardholders. But I guess it doesn’t. Finally today, one of the baristas says, as happened last time, «No, I recognize him from before.»(It was the cashier who took my original order, who wasn’t the same one I went to the first time today.) The first time this happened, I was annoyed but I let it go. But to happen a second time in a month tells me something’s wrong with this place. Look, I understand that there must be some people who try to cadge free drinks by coming in the door with an empty cup — but, hey, it’s both humiliating and infuriating to be accused of something you know you didn’t do. At the very least, if David suspected, did he have to say it right in front of me, as if he were happy to insult me. Furthermore, he never apologized either time after someone else who works in the store said I had indeed bought the original drink. He told me I should have a receipt — so this is a warning to everyone who buys a drink there and expects a discounted refill if you stay in the store and finish the first drink for any item for which they give discounted or free refills. GETYOURRECEIPT! Usually, given a mornng rush hour crowd, they want to move everyone along and both you and the cashier don’t want to waste time. My solution is just to go to one of the other nearby locations where I’ve never had this problem(nor have I had it in any Starbucks in the country). You know, they don’t have to give discounted refills, but if they do, a customer should be able to get one without being accused of being a crook without any evidence. If I’m making too much of this, I apologize, but I’m a political activist who hates injustice to others, and twice I started my workday off from this Starbucks in a bad way.

Not bad at all, pretty cool starbucks. I waited a long time so they upgraded my drink size, that was great and it made me proud to be a Gold card member. Pretty small in here I’d say. All in all it’s a typical starbucks, better service than mcdonalds n dunkin and much better ambience sooo… yea

I still go to this Starbucks 2x a week, and there has definitely been an improvement in the past couple months. Maybe different manager? Whatever it is, getting an iced coffee is a relatively painless experience now.

I come this location each day. The staff knows me and they are great. I wish they had the salted caramel hot chocolate. They handle a crowd excellent.

I order a tall pike, and an oatmeal. And its a cluster #$&!. No bag, no spoon, no names taken. Just everything left on the counter for 3 people’s orders. Everyone around me is confused about whose order is whose. I just don’t understand why they don’t take names. If they could keep it organized, fine — thats mildly impressive, but they can’t keep it together.

I had an absolutely amazing latte here after shopping at Trader Joe’s. Some Starbucks just can’t seem to get them right, but these guys are great! Will definitely be back again soon.

The problem with this place is I go up and order my mocha, and every time they forget my drink so I am stuck standing there under the glowing chili pepper light looking like an asshole until the barista turns around and is like«yes?» and then I’m like«I ordered a mocha 20 minutes ago. Now the one good thing about this is they feel sorry for me and give me a «good for a free drink» coupon for next time. Which I use, and they forget my drink again, and I get another coupon. Seriously, I once got 4 days straight of free starbucks from free coupons alone But I don’t get why they always forget my simple ‘mocha’ and yet some jerk behind me who orders something like a «white chocolate unsweetened mochalottachino half decaf triple shot with no whip» gets their drink no problem.
