The café is small and packed. Seatings are not spacious. It’s good for a quick grab but not for staying. The staff make a lot of noise when cleaning the bathroom and when they talk.

Generally, when I’m going to Starbucks I’m looking for a few things –Table space to get work done –Outlets to charge my laptop –Atmosphere to focus –Free /reliable wifi This Starbucks checks all the boxes except it really loud and mostly due to the staff. They are friendly but a little rowdy so bring a pair of sound cancelling headphones if you need to get in the zone. Usually I can grab a seat pretty easily, and there are plenty of outlets throughout. They have two sections of seating. They do a nice job in keeping the tables clean. On weekday mornings service can be a little slower than desired considering everyone is in a rush. But, hey, it’s Starbucks, it’s convenient and you know exactly what you’re getting when you go there…

Great staff, great location. The workers are always kind to the children(even though I’ve witness some seriously entitled 12 and 13 year olds who seem to have been given no lessons on manners) the ones who speak to them as if they were the hired help and the ones trying to navigate middle school. The staff are humorous but balance that with skill. Love the staff and location.

One for the space, the other for customer service. The young man behind the counter was so nice and made my horrible day slightly better. Otherwise, I hate to say that the coffee was not the greatest, tables were rocky, and the seating areas and bathroom were so dirty.

Clean and nice Starbucks. I was disappointed they did not have soymilk. Like who runs out of soymilk at a starbucks :(I had the coconut milk as a substitute for my usual soy caramel macchiato that hurt my belly badly. Next time I just won’t order without soy. At least I had a discount code that made it so the drink wasn’t crazy pricey.

Sunday Staff are having fun but have no concept of the customer need for speed! I don’t need to know that you worked 6 hours yesterday!

I go to this Starbucks everyday to grab a coffee before work and it’s extremely disappointing that everyday when I use the bathroom there it has no soap no toilet paper ever. Starbucks is a corporation and we all know how much money you guys rake in daily. Do you think it’s fair to people that spend money there to use that filthy bathroom? I’ve been going to this particular neighborhood Starbucks for about a year now and no matter what time of the day I go in when I step foot in the bathroom there’s nothing to wash your hands with and no paper. Come on guys you have 1 bathroom to keep tidy!

The staff here are pleasantly great! The Starbucks cashier was kind and patient with me(even when there was a line of people behind). And, the baristas seem really focused on customer satisfaction. Also, they spelled my name correctly(first location to do so without any assistance)! The green tea drink that I ordered(sweetened) tasted delightful — this location is my favorite. Small but elongated store(that’s like all Starbucks locations… I wonder if they do that on purpose…) The space is newly renovated, very stylish and modern.

I don’t understand any more. U can’t use restroom in Starbucks unless u have to buy something right there or is out of service? I went in to ask to use the restroom. The cashier told me it was out of services. It was all good. But do u need to look at ppl like there was something wrong to ask for the restroom. On the real, most of the business is drinks. If this keeps up, me and my whole family is not going to Starbucks anymore. I spend over thousand $$$ just at Starbucks every yr for the past 7⁄8 yrs. and that’s only me, not even including my family members. I love the drinks but customer service. Lmfao! Keep up the good work.

The smores frap is like a desert in a cup. Enough caffeine to work it’s magic enough sweetness to keep you energized all day long

The service, beverages, etc, are all very Starbucks — but the WiFi sucks :-( Have come here 3 times now to get a caffeine boost and get some work done. 3rd time once again the WiFi was either ‘down’ or slower than dialup. 3rd& last time at this particular Starbucks — this time I walked with my beverage to the Starbucks on 75th $ 1st, their WiFi is relatively quick and consistently operational ;-)

It’s a Starbucks, nothing to get excited about. The service is slow and generic. The coffee tastes burnt(to me). The space is a lot nicer since the renovation/expansion and the bathroom is clean.

«The buck stops here» I will absolutely never go back to this Starbucks. I have given this location multiple chances to change my opinion but they continue to fail. It’s a shame as they recently renovated and the location looks great. The set up is terrible though and not conducive to handling the business of the upper east side.

Went there today to find out they are out of lemonade. It’s too early in the day for them to run out of anything

The only thing from giving this place a zero is the free wifi and the fact I met an entrepeneur a week or so ago. In my last visit, I asked the staff a few times to go and check on this homeless person I noticed sleeping the past few hours. He’s wearing doctor scrubs so I figured he’s a doctor so I went to ask him if he was okay and if he was a doctor he says he’s not a doctor. Really, has Starbucks really gotten this bad to not see if a homeless person is hanging out on the premises. This is unacceptable for paying a considerable amout for coffee that can be had for much less at a street cart.

While I am a big fan of Starbucks this one does not seem to be managed well. They have a lone out the door and only 2 people helping customers whole a 3rd is busy doing miscellaneous tasks. Additionnaly, this location always seems to be out of stock of various items. They just renovated so the store is really nice but the service doesnt live up to Starbucks standards.

This location was recently renovated, and essentially doubled in size. Unfortunately, the new space was used solely for more tables. This means the cashiers are still right next to the entrance, so as soon as there’s a line of 5+ people you’re practically forced to wait outside. But the employees are friendly and seem to recognize and remember the orders of the regulars. The store is kept very clean, and even during the AM rush the milk and sugars are generally full. Their selection of baked goods and other foods is well-stocked. The only downside to this location is that it is 1 block away from a school, so it’s frequently overrun with children sans supervision. But you can’t blame the store for that, I suppose!

This Starbucks is a little small but elongated. Really liked the couches along the window in front of the register. They were comfortable but weren’t very height compatible with their tables. I was hunched over while doing some work. They do have a big table on the other side though so next time I can work there. The staff are friendly and enjoy chatting with their customers but on the flip side, this means that service is slow.

This UES Starbucks has re-opened! I was a bit bummed because I was hoping I could get the«first to review» for this location, because I thought it was new… but turns out it’s a re-open. Just your average starbucks, but they did a nice job with the interior. There’s lots of room to sit and there is lots of light, which is wonderful.

This Starbucks used to be my haven when I worked on the Upper East Side. It wasn’t too far from where I worked, and they were always efficient and pleasant. Even during rush hour times, I never spent more than 5 minutes waiting for my drink. That’s commendable for a Starbucks that sees some pretty decent foot traffic! There aren’t too many places to set up shop and get some work done, but I’ve never found myself needing to spend too much time there. This location is great if you’re looking for a grab-and-go Starbucks!
