Dr Hardin operated on both of my knees. Dr Hardin was very professional, his expertise and knowledge in his field are exceptional. He is warm and caring dr. He answered all my questions patiently and was very encouraging. I found his staff very accommodating. Any time I called, Denise was polite, curtious and professional, she relayed all my messages. A while after I had the surgery I fell, when I called the office I was told the Dr was out of town. Fifteen minutes later the Dr himself called me and allayed my fears. I highly recommend Dr Harwin. I have sent many friends to him who also had surgery with him and were very pleased. Dr Harwin is an expert in his field and is a wonderful warm dr.

Dr. Harwin and his staff should be barred from practicing medicine. They performed knee replacement on me and refused a followup visit until 6 weeks. Unheard of according to the professionals I’ve spoken to. Lucy promised me the moon and the sky and I haven’t seen night yet. Denise the office manager never returns calls nor does the office ever answer calls. Probably because they are involved in malpractice lawsuits. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. I’m in sever pain and there is no aftercare provided as they promised me.
