I am so grateful to Ula for helping to bring my body and face back into alignment! My face looks softer and more youthful, my body feels more balanced, and I feel calmer and more peaceful after each session, and beyond. I am so thankful for her skillful, healing hands and her deep knowledge of the body.
I came to Ula for help with my asymmetrical face. I had pain in my neck, tension in my head and found myself grinding my teeth at night. During my session with Ula I was able to feel remarkable shifts in my face and neck. Sometimes a nasal passage would open or a flood of relieved tension would wash over my entire face. Sometimes I could even feel shifts all the way down into my body, calming and balancing my nervous system. I am forever grateful to Ula. I can’t say enough for her remarkable abilities. If you are experiencing pain, tension or even if you just want a calming rejuvenating experience… you must see Ula. I recommend her over a plain old massage any day!

Ula is one of my favorite holistic practitioners. I was referred to her by my chiropractor and I’ve received both craniosacral therapy and massage services. I was extremely pleased with my experience in both areas. What impressed me the most, was Ula’s intuitive and unique ability to detect blockages and misalignments within in my body. Without my providing any insight, she was able to detect my TMJ and various other structural variations in my body. Of equal importance to me, following the treatment, she spent time explaining what she’d seen, and listening to and answering my questions. This is unfortunately, a very rare quality and one which I personally highly covet. Another plus — she’s honest, she didn’t try to sell me additional visits that I didn’t need. Definitely worth the visit.

I found Ula through my partner who has been seeing Ula as a regular client for years. When I went to see Ula I was having really severe TMJ. My jaw was in so much pain that I often could not attend social functions and generally felt pretty bad all the time. The TMJ came on very suddenly and I didn’t know why it had seemingly appeared out of nowhere. I am an avid, but nervous biker and I thought I might be clenching my jaw when riding. When I went to see you Ula she actually diagnosed the problem right away. Through talking we realized that my binders (I am transgender and bind my chest) had been too tight and had been cutting off the lymph circulation to my jaw. As soon as she worked on me a few times and I switched garments the pain went away. I had been living with a lot of fear that the problem would be chronic and though Ula’s gentle guidance and touch I now suffer from no jaw stiffness.
I’ll also re-​iterate that Ula was very sensitive about talking about my body in a way that felt comfortable for me. She is educated about trans issues and this is really important to me when seeing a practitioner who is going to work on my body and access physical trauma that has accumulated over the years.

I have tried several therapist of the trade in the city and Ula stands out through her extraordinary work.
