Terrible. Nothing but bad experiences. They have no respect for their customers, or even their staff, and the warehouse where I went to pick up my order was a mess. Totally disorganized and seemingly ignorant of the entire process.
They used to have great material but these days there isn’t much there that you can’t find somewhere else. And the price are obscene.
I have used them off and on for many years but they have really gone down hill in service and attention to detail and responsiveness in the last few years.
Plenty of other, better stone and tile places in NYC.

I am in the trade and am truly shocked at their sales department. It is impossible to do business with people who don’t respond to their customers. They have a decent stone selection, but it isn’t worth your time and effort when you have to deal with a showroom and stone warehouse that are not responsive… cannot do business like that. I feel misled.

I had to change my review about Stone Source because they have very good quality tiles. Despite a not-​so-​good experience with their salespeople, I purchased two types of tiles from them — one Pietra Bedonia (sandstone) and the other Burlington Slate. The Pietra Bedonia is not bad, but my powder room would have probably looked as good in marble or other fancy tile. Burlington Slate tiles are amazing! They look very good in my kitchen, and I love love looking at them. They are different. Stone Source is the only dealer for them in the US. No matter what their service, they do have the best and most exclusive stone, hence it is worth a visit. Of course their stuff is pricey!
