Small store, big selection, great customer service. I stopped here midday on a Tuesday to purchase a gift card. The ladies behind the register helped me right away, i was in and out in a matter of minutes. The gentleman next to me was exchanging a pair of glasses that were broken. The transaction seemed smooth even though he was a bit angry. The woman behind the counter was very professional. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in need of a pair of sunglasses this summer!

What a great experience at the store. I’ve walked in before just to browse when nobody was in the store and met the manager Walter. I came in today and the store was packed, yet Walter remembered me by name. He was attentive, patient, and helped me pick out the perfect pair of sunglasses. I will certainly be back to this location and recommend all my friends and family to come see Walter, knowing he will take care of them.

The folks at this store are great. I damaged my glasses that I bought at the Sunglass Hut (Monterey, CA) and they exchanged them even though I didn’t have my receipt. They have a customer for life with our family!

I will never go to any other sunglass hut in the city except this one. I have bought sunglasses on three separate occasions from this store and they consistently have great customer service. I went to another Sunglass Hut a few blocks away for a return but they gave me such a problem, I made the trek to go back my original location and didn’t have any issues. They are very pleasant and I will make a point to continue to bring my business to this store in particular. Walter, whom I believe is the manager, is very friendly and helpful.

I like this sunglass hut because their customers service is great. I stopped by with my sister yesterday and rich was a great help. along with the guy that greets you in the front ! thank you rich! we bought the ray bans & enjoy it!

Fixed my glasses even though they are over their warenty and did more than I asked – I just asked for the frame to be tightened and they fixed the bridge as well!
Nice set up in the start, but it feels like they need to have more in the back though.

Sunglass Hut has the pushiest, most annoying customer service, ever! Every time I walk to another section of the store to check out a different brand, someone approaches me. However, as annoying as they are, I do give them credit for knowing their shit!
This location gets pretty crowded but I do like the selection that they have. I’ve been really falling in love with the brand PERSOL and would like to buy something of theirs in the near future.

This store was awesome in helping me find the perfect pair of aviators. I usually feel guilty when I sunglass shop b/​c I’m picky, but the guys there were really nice and patient w/​me. They gave me a ton of different pairs to try on and put them all back w/​o being annoyed.
Sunglass hut also has the best return policy — 90 days w/​a receipt, and 50% refund if you break them w/​in a year and bring back some pieces.
