Do not go to this location. The customer service is deplorable. They are very helpful when you are switching carriers, but when you have issue with your devices or you need help locating a loaner phone, you are on your own. I had to use my earring to switch sim cards from my devices because the sales rep, who had the key, standing in front me did not care to do so. Not a shock this location has the worst ratings. This experience made me want to switch back to AT&T because I would never been treated like this. This store is a liability to the T-​Mobile Brand.

Solid 3.5, good service by Damien. Here for the roaming SIM card/​plan, for $ 3 a day, great for unlimited local calling & 200MB of data, but sucks without any tethering to another device. think there was another higher service offered, but felt the extra bells and whistles wasn’t worth it.
big store, and whats cool is they have some mini-​offices to sit down, presumingly if one is activating a new line, and don’t need to stand for awhile haha.

I stopped by just after they opened to pay my bill. A broken kiosk is unacceptable for a store in the middle of Times Square. Of course by the time I went to the registers, both were swamped with tourists. Further, the iPhone island was recently dismantled, probably to set up 5s/​5c displays. Poor cleanup left customers a very sticky and messy floor. You literally should not set foot into this establishment.

Stopped in today to upgrade the blackberry and the sales reps were nice and on top of things. The guy who helped me out had a bit of an accent, but he worked with me well. Service wasn’t as fast as the other T-​Mobile on 46th and 6th, but they were still good about getting me out with time to spare to pick up lunch. Thanks!
