I always stop in this Tasti d Lite when I’m around the area. They have several flavors which are always good. I recommend this location.

It was fine, didn’t really enjoy any of the flavors. Original tart with a few unhealthy, sugary toppings to make it a slightly more enjoyable. I’ll reconsider hiking to 16 Handles before returning.

I was first introduced to Tasti D-Lite by one of my friends. This is a New York-based chain that serves soft serve that is 70% fewer calories than ice cream, 30% fewer calories than frozen yogurt, and contains no artificial sweeteners. Each location has their ‘special flavor of the day’ — I’ve tried the Blueberry Cheesecake, Double Dutch Chocolate, German Chocolate Cake, Pomegranate, and French Vanilla — it is definitely very light and airy, but smooth and creamy. You can also try a sample before you pick your flavor; you could even do a mix between flavors as well. A nice little treat if you’re in the NY area! +70% fewer calories than ice cream +‘Flavor of the Day’

My first experience with Tasti D-Lite was a good one. They have a small assortment of both ice cream and fro-yo, in this store at least. It’s super small inside and on a hot day it can get busy. I’m on such a fro-yo kick and with this heat and humidity, I was craving something cold. When I try something new I usually go with the basic flavors to see how good they are. I tried the french vanilla and it was delicious. Sometimes with frozen yogurt you can taste an artificial flavor… but this was creamy, rich and tasted like the real deal. I personally think this place is a bit pricey but delicious nonetheless.

Halfway between«meh» and«a-ok.» This location has about 6 or so flavors, and often has interesting ones like rice pudding or oreo peanut butter. Props for that.
