History
Established in 2009.
I wanted for long time going into the very Specific part of the Fondues. Now I am totally in and these mix of Cheeses are solely mine and totally unique. Crafted for the international palate. Even the French love it :)

Since the age of 12 years old doing the hospitality within the establishments of my parents all positions, then the Toulouse Culinary Institute, I have been taught Dishwasher, Room Cleaning services, Cook, then Chef on all the part in a kitche, also the front of the house like Bus Boy, Runner, Somelier, Captain, Maitre D’ and the Management.
Before to open my first Restaurant in New York City, I owned one restaurant in Paris Montmartre during 13 years.
We can safely say that i know a little bit my job (and I love it)
