TD Bank

Most people don’t realize it but when it gets busy and there’s only one teller, the Assistant Manager goes behind the teller line and help take transactions. They all work hard and they do their best to deliver great customer service.
Not all branches have a drive thru, but this one does which is pretty convenient. A lot of people tend to complain about it but everyone just needs to be patient and acknowledge the fact that there’s only one teller servicing four people all at once.
And for those who go to the bank to do deposits, it can easily be done through the ATM or the mobile app. It definitely saves you the trip and wait at the bank.
Just keep in mind that every TD BANK has different store hours depending on location. For example, since this branch has a drive thru, their lobby hours are shorten.
LOBBY HOURS:
Mon — Wed: 8:30AM-5:00PM
Thurs — Fri: 8:30AM-8:00 PM
Sat: 8:30AM-3:00PM
Sun: 11:00AM-3:00PM
DRIVE THRU HOURS:
Mon — Wed: 8:00AM-7:00PM
Thurs — Fri: 8:00AM-8:00PM
Sat: 8:30AM-4:00PM
Sun: 11:00AM-3:00PM
Most banks can’t compare to their store hours. They’re opened early, closed late and they’re also opened on late on weekends! I was always given great customer service and never disappointed. They’re absolutely amazing.

From my experience TD BANK is not so convenient in general. This branch is a perfect example. Only one clerk and 10 or so customers waiting in line. Looks more like a DMV or USPS not The Most Convenient Bank…

Slowest bank tellers ever. Each time I come they are so slow and there are always something wrong with their system. If you can go to another td bank for transaction, definitely do.

Why are they closed at 5pm?
Isn’t TD bank supposed to be the hard working bank?
Or is business that good that they can be jerks just like everyone else
Asked why are you closes at 5. Isn’t this TD bank? Teller acted like I was retarded for asking. He said look at the door. It says closed at 5pm.
What a shame. Just opened an account with them because of the hours and convenience. Now they’re just another inconvenient bank. Why leave a great bank like chase if TD does nothing different.

TD Bank is my favorite bank of all times, longer hours and very convenient. I’ve been a loyal customer with TD since Commerce Bank first opened its doors. This location is generally my to go to because it’s located in the more quiet neighborhood, therefore, less lines with faster service.
