Want to give 0 stars. Made an appointment, waited 45 minutes, no one showed up to help or fix my phone. Immediately returned the groupon and was refunded. Don’t do it!!!

I bought a groupon July 7th and made the appointment within a day. They dismantled the phone only to inform that I had a unique glass on my iPhone and that it needed to be special ordered but that they’d have it the following week. IT has been a month and a half. They’ve not contacted me. I reached out and they said they’d have it soon. Fail. It still is not fixed but they took my groupon voucher.

Terrible. Got the Groupon, scheduled the appointment, and when I arrived a few days later they did not have the screen I needed. Instead of helping me out, they were very very rude and just shrugged and offered to reschedule my appointment for a later date. The woman who’s running the office could care less about customer service. Go to HD phone repair down the street for better service. I called them after they were so rude and they saw me right away. I plan on calling groupon and getting a refund from this terrible business.

Went their to repair iPhone 5 screen by using Groupon.
1. Waiting for 1 hour to fix the screen.
2. Bad attitude when asking them questions., no patient to customer.
3. The main button does not work well after fixing.
Do not recommend to go there.
