Executive Chef Edwin Claflin and his team have designed innovative and inspired menus. Taking traditional Italian, French and Spanish dishes, and using only the finest seasonal produce, local products and specialty or artisanal items from local or imported sources, they have created an extensive menu containing selections ranging from shared plates and appetizers to home made pastas and exciting main dishes. Our menus change with the seasons and there are truly «specials» on offer every night.
To pair with the food, we pour 16 wines by the glass and 10 beers on tap. We also have a highly curated wine list of over 90 labels as well as the TESSA Reserve list with over 60 labels.
