The Cinnamon Snail is a 100% vegan organic restaurant on wheels.
We serve brunch until 11:00, and have an extensive lunch /dinner menu for the rest of the day. Our pastry case is stuffed with fresh made donuts and desserts all made daily.
You can find the truck in Hoboken most days, and in Red Bank at least one day a week. We get to bring the truck up to New York for special events sometimes, so keep your eyes peeled for us. Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
First of all, I am a dad. My children are both vegan (ages 3 and 10). They are my number one priority in this world. That is one of the resons I run a truck instead of a brick and mortar restaurant. –It allows me to have a more flexable life, so I can be with my kids when the need me.
I have worked in (mostly vegetarian/vegan) resturants all of my life. Most notably: Down to Earth in Red Bank (for 6 years), Veggie works (now Kayas Kitchen), Other Foods, Ouest, Healthy Pleasures.
In addition to catering and running the truck, I also teach cooking classes and am motivated to helping people assume a non-violent lifestyle.
I write and perform music to inspire meditation and peace, and I also teach yoga (in the style of my teacher Sri Dharma Mittra).
I give thanks every day for this beautiful world we get to inhabit.
