Specialties
Want to stand out as an individual and brand yourself effectively in the digital age? Get on The Dean’s List. Since its inception, The Dean’s List clients have ranged from college students to famous anchors, to a machinery business, to a non-profit organization. These online portfolios/websites allow you to show who you really are outside of a one-page resume, give a great first impression to employers/clients, provide a flexible way to organize, archive, and display work and accomplishments, and finally, connect with a wider audience by increasing your visibility. Our mission is to help young professionals, clients, businesses, organizations, and individuals brand themselves in a very competitive and fast-paced world by building custom online portfolios.
History
Established in 2014.
The Dean’s List was created by UGA grad Meredith Dean in 2014 to help brand young professionals and score them the job of their dreams through a digital showcase of their accomplishments. In this economy, we all know it’s tough to get a job – especially the one of your dreams straight out of college. However, her online portfolio scored her a job with Deborah Norville at Inside Edition in New York City right after graduation! Meredith thought that if she could help others (especially young professionals and recent grads) stay ahead of the curve by having online portfolios to show off, her clients could achieve their ultimate goals at an earlier age!

Business Owner
Following graduation from The University of Georgia in May 2014, I took the plunge and moved up to New York City from Atlanta for my current job at Inside Edition, television’s longest-running and most-honored syndicated newsmagazine.
As a multimedia journalist, I have an undergraduate degree in Digital and Broadcast Journalism, a minor in French, and certification in New Media Studies and Business Professionalism. I have lived and interned in France at Terre des Langues, traveled to 5 continents, worked with journalists from over the world at CNN World Headquarters and Fox 5 Atlanta, alleviate poverty in Western Kenya with my family’s non-profit, Habitat Aid Initiative, and most recently, help develop young professionals with my online portfolio business, The Dean’s List.
I live by 5 things:
1. Empower others.
2. Always be positive.
3. Everyone matters.
4. Think before you act.
5. Be proactive and go the extra mie
