Nick was recommended to me by a friend who bought a house in Bushwick, and he did a tremendous job working on our purchase of a co-​op apartment in prospect heights. He worked through a variety of complex and difficult situations that arose while always advocating our best interests. We had an incompetent (and I’m being diplomatic) attorney for our transaction and had to get rid if him mid deal. I searched the web for reviews and Nick came up with excellent reviews. We were not going to make the same mistake twice and had planned on calling many before making a decision to engage another attorney. Fortunately for us that was not necessary. He advised us to shop around but after speaking with him for a few minutes we knew. We are so enormously happy with our decision. He truly had our back every step of the way. We gave him a poor contract to work with because of the other lawyer’s inability to care enough beyond getting an easy fee and Nick made it happen. He’s not only professional, he’s a lovely man and we will be staying in contact with him for sure as well as recommend him to all of our friends. I highly recommend him. I don’t think he sleeps. :) He gets back to you within minutes. Seriously, you have to work with him to truly understand this level of efficiency. Trust me you will take the time to get online and write a review afterward even if you are not the type of person to do that usually (like me).
