BED BUGS!!!
Luxury rental? I don’t think so! Bed bugs and bad management? Absolutely.
I have lived in the Montrose for almost 2 years. In February the building was bought by Gaia and things have gone downhill.
My unit had bed bugs as well as other units in the building. What is worse than bed bugs? Bad management — Gaia. We were unable to live in our unit for nearly a month! We have been tricked and bullied. Does management care? No. Have they been fair and reasonable? No. When we asked for a rent reduction for the time our unit was uninhabitable did they help? Absolutely not.
Beware. Gaia has bad management. Consider yourself warned!
