Specialties
The Movement, NYC’s newest boutique fitness studio, donates to cancer research each month with the belief that is it just as important to help others as it is to help ourselves. We donate $ 1 per person per class to the National Brain Tumor Society in honor of founder Jordan Canino’s late mother, Andrea Canino.
The Movement is more than just a movement; we are a community. We deliver challenging, innovative, and dynamic group fitness workouts that make you feel alive. We love helping our clients become healthier, while making their days happier. In addition to group fitness classes, we also offer private/semi-private training designed to target client-specified problem areas.
We live in the moment and enjoy life fully every day. Happiness is good for your health, and fitness should be FUN! We laugh loudly, smile big, and never take ourselves too seriously. Every moment is a new chance to be the best you.
Give Back. Move Forward.
