Came here referred by a dentist and it was close to my job. Beautiful office, staff is friendly and courteous. I came for a consult and discussion on a procedure and Dr Neugarten was very helpful and treated me quickly the second visit I saw Dr Jacob. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful they explained everything to me and made me very comfortable. I’ll be back

Dr. Neugarten is refreshingly friendly, as is his staff of nurses and medical billing team. His office is bright and nice looking. I was referred to him by my dentist for a biopsy and distal wedge. The procedure was quick. There was a mix-up with insurance, and with whether or not the office was open on the day of my first visit (the doormen at this building are not all that bright) but the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone in Neugarten’s office made up for it.

I was referred to Dr. Jay Neugarten today for a pseudo-emergency tooth extraction. I was amazed at how quickly the procedure was! The entire thing took less than ten minutes — it was crazy! I jokingly referred to it as «Drive Thru Dentistry»! The staff were all so courteous, nice and friendly — I’d go back in an instant! It was quick and painless — as someone who has had a few teeth removed, it was by far the easiest one ever. And I have to say, 12 hours later, I’m in little pain! (I suppose the Vicodin is helping! haha) Anyways, not much else to say since I was in and our so quickly!
