Is The Productive Coworking Studio for you?

If you or your start-​up enjoy being apart of a shared work space, play nice with others, and of a DYI mindset you might be a great match with us. The Productive Coworking Studio provides an energetic, beautiful space for small Start-​ups, digital artists, creative professionals, etc.

A Full Time Open Desk Membership is $ 250/​month with ²⁴⁄₇ Access and no limit on days or hours you can work.

All members may use our conference room, wifi laser printer, kitchenette with free coffee, rent a locker for $ 10/​month, and may attend ASIFA Figure Drawing held Thursday nights. You won’t be pressured to buy products from sponsors or upgrade your membership.

The Productive features 3 levels of membership:

Full Time Open Desk, Nights & Weekends, and Dedicated Desk.

One time initiation fee $ 100 per member.

We also offer $ 30 Day Passes and discounts for 3 and 6 month contracts.

History

Established in 2012.

We aren’t a corporate chain. The Productive was born and raised on 38^th street with the help of Kickstarer.

People are most productive when around like. The Productive was created to bring New York City artists and writers together in a comfortable space, away from the distractions of life, so that they might benefit from the comradery, competition, and collaborative nature of working among their similarly motivated peers.

Meet the Business Owner

Susan G.

Business Owner

Susan Godfrey attended the School of Visual Arts and received a degree in animation. Missing the discipline she used to have for her own projects while in school, she dreamed of belonging to a community of creative professionals that could help keep her motivated while she pursued her animation career. With her dedicated plotting and scheming The Productive was born.

Susan is also a producer and owner of The Productive Studios, a full service animation studio.
