Seriously? I went in a saw a nice black and white rug. The $ 5400 price was insane. I can decorate my living room for that amount. COME ON!

The rugs here are gorgeous. If I wanted a 7000 dollar pee pad for my dog, this would be the place that I’d buy it.

I did the whole Nothing Hill, I mean Notting Hill/​London studio apartment thing post college, and wow, the Brits love their bespoke. Take the rug company — a bespoke rug purveyor that has teamed with the likes of Paul Smith and, um, me? to create totally unique designs. The store is cool, way way overpriced, but it’s wooster street, and like, what on wooster isn’t?
The ready-​made-​rugs, which sounds ridiculous to say, are pretty cool too. Some are limited editions (like you’d be aghast if you walked on a similar one at a cousin’s house?). Will say this, you should check out other designers too — like angela adams, similar quality/​design, for less (not much, but think of all the money you’d save for a vacuum?)
