The Village Invites

We worked with Village Invites for our wedding this past year. Our wedding was on the west coast, but we live in NY so something like invites felt easier to do locally. And it absolutely was. Their work is perfect and it was the easiest process. I’m almost shocked how easy it was. frankly. They worked with us, with our budget, and helped us create the exact invites, save the dates, thank you cards, etc. we wanted. I could not recommend working with them more.

I loved working with Simone at Village Invites. The whole entire process was easy and stress free. She was very patient when we picked out our invitation and had some great stylistic suggestions regarding colors and fonts. The invitations arrived early and looked even more beautiful than we had imagined. We had the addresses printed on the envelopes and they did a very beautiful and professional job. Everything was done promptly and early. Loved everything about this experience!

I came to Adrienne & Ariel with a very short time frame for wedding invites — only a few weeks before they had to go out. We had a destination wedding and I had been working w/​a local designer where the entire process was confusing and stressful.
I walked into the VI studio and was IMMEDIATELY put at ease. Adrienne is extremely organized, explains the process well, gets to know your aesthetic and your budget, and has such a creative eye.
They are so easy to work with and made the overwhelming invitation process overwhelmingly enjoyable. I ended up doing EVERYTHING with VI (all wedding stationary, gift bags, welcome cards, reception table cards, etc), and it was one of the best decisions I made.

The Village Invites and Adrienne were so amazing throughout our wedding process. I called Adrienne about 10 months before my wedding to make our wedding invitations. Before our meeting, I sent her a few ideas of what I was thinking and before our meeting she had pulled out a few other invitation binders as options. The Village Invites has all the options you can think of (from classic Crane invitations to letter press, and other fun and modern designs). It was great that she was able to pull out other designs that would match our taste because there are so many options. They can also make custom items if you have something in mind.
Adrienne is so patient and responsive and very knowledgeable about each individuals taste and style. She takes the time to go through all the options and designs. I enjoyed making our wedding invitations so much, that we reached out to her to make our wedding programs, welcome bags, welcome notes, wedding napkins, place cards (basically all of our paper products for our wedding day)! Everything came out prefect and we got so many compliments.
She went above and beyond and was our favorite vendor we used for our wedding. We would recommend Adrienne and The Village Invites for any invitation or paper goods you need.

We used Village Invites for our wedding invitations, programs, escort cards, place cards, and table numbers — and every piece was absolutely gorgeous! Adrienne is so wonderful to work with. She will take as much time with you as you need to go through various samples and discuss invitation design. And, she has a terrific ability to listen to what sort of designs and fonts you like and what your wedding will be like and suggest pieces that fit within it.
We had custom designed letterpress invitations, but like the reviewer below they were still less expensive than a preset design from another letterpress company that I had originally wanted to use. What we ended up with was even better than the preset design and we got tons of compliments on the invitations. The invitations were my favorite element of the wedding after my dress (oh, and the groom!).
If you are looking for personal service and high quality paper products this is the place to go!

I could not be happier that I chose Village Invites and was lucky enough to work with Adrienne on my wedding invitations. Adrienne is amazing at her job. She is responsive, creative, and has a great understanding of what the client is looking for and all of the options that her vendors offer.
After looking through the sample books, discussing the wedding, and what we liked from several different samples, Adrienne understood that I already had a pretty definite theme in mind and suggested that we design our own invitations with a graphic designer, which is a service that one of the letterpress companies offers. We ended up with custom designed invitations — & by custom I do not just mean choose your own fonts and colors — I mean a custom design that did not exist anywhere until the graphic designer created exactly what we wanted — & they were still far less expensive than my first choice design straight out another company’s book & so much more personal. (Note — I am not saying cheap though! Letterpress is never going to be an inexpensive option — but Adrienne will help stay within whatever reasonable budget you have. She even helped me come up with options to save money on things that I was not even getting through her.)
Everyone is telling us that they are the most beautiful invitations they have ever seen. They have perfectly set they scene for our wedding. I will forever recommend Adrienne & Village Invites.

A hidden gem in the city! It’s hard to just buy conventional cards from Hallmark, Papyrus, etc. after having your own custom made stationary. Adrienne is very personably, patient and professional and consistent. I can rely on her for a variety of options from thermography to letterpress and pricing differences. I highly recommend this place and Adrienne’s services!
