Love this store and their prices always seem to beat GNC. If you are looking for a place to pick up supplements then this is your store.

Awesome spot. Little small in terms of space but hey that’s NYC.
One of the only places in the city I can get certain supplements that even GNC doesn’t have.
Just made my monthly grocery trip here, picked up some Xpel (water loss right before summer), some whey protein, and glutamine!

I won’t lie, I walked into the store and literally told them I didn’t want to buy anything, I just wanted a free gift bag because of their «free samples of supplements & healthy snacks nationwide» event…
They smiled and kindly explained the products and gave me free samples. I did attempt to buy something after such kindness but what I wanted was in one of their larger stores. I’d go back here again. lol

Very small store and the checkout line is ¾ of the length of the store during lunchtime. Attentive staff though, but the selection just isn’t as good as it is online or at larger Vitamin Shoppe locations.

I like vitamin/​nutritional supplement stores. Keep in mind, however, that it’s always a good idea to consult with an expert before putting anything into your body, aside from the typical daily multi-​vitamin. And don’t rely on the Vitamin Shoppe employee standing in front of the computer with the Vitamin Shoppe informational web site open for answers to important health care needs, who probably knows very little and has no advanced degree in nutritional science. Personally, if I need a supplement beyond a vitamin, I’ll consult with my physician.
