Steven M. Weinstein, Esq., is the lead member of the PLLC and provides the legal representation to the clients of the office. His responsibilities include complete management of the legal matter from intake through trial/​settlement. He brings thirty years of experience representing individuals who have been injured in all types of accidents. He held associate attorney position at highly recognized firms where he handled complex litigation, and trials and won. Mr. Weinstein has won millions of dollars for his clients over the course of his career. He has proven himself to be a skilled, determined and caring NYC personal injury lawyer. He prided himself in his first verdict in the sum of $ 4.1 million. As his career progressed, he received 7^th highest reported jury verdict in the State of New York in a construction accident case. He has represented injured individuals in automobile accidents, trip and fall, elevator accidents and construction workers who were injuried
