trampoLEAN was developed by Louis Coraggio for Chelsea Piers Sports Club in 2012. trampoLEAN is currently being featured at Dany Studios afters its departure from the Sports Club in 2014. Since it’s debut at Dany Studios trampoLEAN has been rated as the hottest class in NYC by CBS News, Fox 5 News, WPIX News, W42ST Magazine and has been featured in many other publications for their fun and innovative exercise approach.

Certified personal trainer Louis Coraggio (ACSM, ACE) is the founder CEO and founder of trampoLEAN LLC and Body Architect. A highly knowledgeable and sought after fitness expert, Louis has designed programs for many bold faced including Naomi Watts, Uma Thurman, Live Schreiber, Valentino Garavani and more. He is known for sparking new fitness trends that blend movement, science and a variety of athletic disciplines that maximize each individual’s workout. Every week, Louis teaches his popular trampoLEAN method, which was rated hottest class in NYC by W42ST Magazine and profiled in Well GOOOD NYC as «One of the Best» classes in NYC. This full-​body fitness program offers a low impact workout that blends adaptable jump based exercises, elastics, light weights with athletic movements. In addition, he serves as a fitness expert for Fox 5 News and is regularly recruited to contribute expert advice for media sources including Redbook, SELF, Weight Watchers and Cosmopolitan.
