Located on a 52nd between Lex and 3rd where it receives the foot traffic of the corporate finance elites trying to grab a quick $ 15 lunch to go back to their cubicles. The restaurant was relatively busy which raised my expectations. However, when I opened my take-out container, I had never been more confused by the look of a sushi roll. A co-worker suggested I cut my losses and toss out my lunch. I decided it wouldn’t hurt to try out a few pieces, but everything was just wrong about it. It was soggy, falling apart and I couldn’t even identify which roll was which after eating them! Now, I’m sitting at my desk praying to god I do not get food poisoning. Save your time, money, and love for sushi by skipping this place.

Lesson learned. When you’re craving sushi for dinner, do not order from a place with a menu that also features fried noodles and thai curry. Our expectations were not sky high, but even so, we were disappointed. The fish was not fresh, the seaweed in the rolls was soggy, and the rice didn’t hold together. Fair warning, sushi lovers!

Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box for lunch is priced at $ 10.00, which is about average for your midtown lunch. They do have a cheap surf clam sashimi for $ 2.50 and(cooked) lobster slice for $ 4.00. I’ve only ordered from here once but delivery was quick and easy and the bento box was doable. I’m surprised they don’t have a Unilocal page… but it’s worth a try.
