I’ve been to this barbershop once. That’s how many times you need to go to figure out what the basics are(cost, scissor or machine cut, razor shave, etc). I’ll start off with cost. While this business is located just off of Kings Highway, it is way too expensive for a 2nd floor shop located next to what might be a dance studio judging by the vibrations and crashing sounds coming through the walls. Sixteen dollars for a 5 minute haircut! This is King Highway not Williamsburg. The reason for taking an additional star off is that there was no hot foam neck shave at the end. How can you end a haircut without that? It just doesn’t feel complete. I will not fault quality. It was a solid, excellent haircut. Nick used a machine on the sides and scissor on top. Excellent on the first shot. The gentleman who cut my hair seems like a nice enough fella and he is an old timer with skill but there are cheaper places for quality cuts and added shave. This location offers a quality cut in a convenient location if you don’t mind paying a few dollars extra.
