Meet the Business Owner
Frank L.
Business Owner
Frank Locker started his career in football and then opened one of the first sports bars in NYC on the UES. Since that time, he has created and opened several establishments including The Dove Parlour in Greenwich Village and Duane Park Café in Tribeca. He has an extensive background in wines and wine production and has created a wine list out of his passion for great wines at great value for Vinus & Marc. Frank has always loved the 1920’s and 1930’s and had a vision for a lounge where people could relax, enjoy conversation with good food and drinks in his own neighborhood. Vinus & Marc is that place.
