Dr. Charles V. Nicolai is a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 19 years of clinical experience. Dr. Nicolai graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He is Licensed and Board Certified in the State of New York. He has completed rigorous state and national board examinations as well as numerous advanced continuing education programs. He shares his passion for health and wellness with his wife and son and two of his brothers, also Doctors of Chiropractic. Dr. Nicolai is a former competitive tri-athlete. He has trained with and treated world class athletes, dancers, business professionals and executives, families and patients of all ages. I saw Dr Nicolai only once and he got my excruciating shoulder pain back to normal in one session. I had unbearable pain for weeks after a bad massage session with Massage Envy in Jersey City. He knew exactly what to do, was prompt and explained things clearly. He had a massage therapist on-site, who relieved my pain, and after that, he popped my back and shoulders, giving me the much-needed adjustments. After that, he put me on one of his state-of-the-art machines, which calmed me down and gave me much relief. I walked out of there in less than an hour feeling completely different. He was out-of-network with my insurance but the $ 90 was well spent. I will keep the remaining credit for a future session in case I need it this year.

I was referred to Wall Street Chiro by friend of friend. After checking out reviews, I made an appointment following a car accident an experiencing pain, guarding, stiffness and limited movement in back. The registration and appointment process was simple. They accepted my insurance with co visit. Office staff, massage therapists and chiropractors all professional and knowledgeable. I have had 5 appointments resulting in relief of pain and decreased guarding and stiffness. Early morning and evening hours available. Office located near Fulton street MTA station. Office is clean and modern. They also offer Physical therapy and podiatric services

I went in because of dizziness and my PCP not knowing where it might stem from and kept saying it might be my sugar level. months later I’m still feeling uneasy. and decided to Unilocal a chiropractor. and this place is a god send. they are so nice and attentive and take their time with everything they do. Dr Knodel evaluated me. gave me an xray and thoroughly explained my problem to me. then it was onto a massage chair. a physical therapist. a masseuse and back to Dr Knodel for a work up. my first was on Wednesday and they took their time. Was visiting NYC and pulled something in my lower back. Found Dr. Nicolai on Unilocal and called his office based on the 5 star reviews from others. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was very pleased with his staff, his work, and that of another doctor I saw on one of my visits when Dr. Nicolai was out of the office. Dr. Nicolai and his team are nothing short of incredible. For the first time in my life my back went out and the pain was so bad I could hardly walk. My doctor took x rays, gave me pain killers and prescribed PT. Dr. Nicolai and the team immediately calmed me down and assured me that we would get me back to ‘normal’ with a combination of massage, PT and adjustments. After reviewing the x-rays, Dr. Nicolai explained exactly what was happening to my body and what his plan was to get me out of this stage and on the road to recovery. Suffice it to say that his plan worked. The entire team is kind, attentive and very positive. I highly recommend Wall Street Chiropractic and Wellness.

A very nice, professional experience. I purchased the $ 90 voucher and had two separate appointments. I have never had a chiropractic adjustment before — Dr. Nikolai was very personable and gentle. Admittedly I was most interested in the massage therapy treatment, and this did not disappoint. The full-body massage that I had was really fantastic and though I am still sore, I think that is more a function of how badly my back was knotted up then anything else. Definitely a great value!

Dr. Nicholai is still awesome, but now he’s moved into a beautiful new office with an expanded staff and state of the art facilities. The new place is by Trinity Church, which you can see along with a view of the water. It is next to the ⁴⁄₅ train Wall Street Station.
He now has a physical therapy clinic, an acupuncturist and an x ray machine. Let me just say again, the office is gorgeous and Dr. Nicholai is very much on hand, so you are in the best hands! Jump on the Unilocal Deal while it’s still on. You’ll thank me for it later.

Simply the best. And if you live in Bklyn, like I do, don’t be deterred by him being in Manhattan. 75 Wall St. is next to every subway line and soooooo easy to get to — easier to get to than a lot of places in Bklyn. Not only is he awesome — he’s also nice. The people who do the massages before you see the doc are also incredible. I hope you have insurance (I hope everybody has it.) I’m not sure what they charge without it. But I only end up with a $ 20 co-pay and I don’t have «fancy» insurance — trust me. Just ask about your plan when you call the office. ps It’s kind of like a Beverly Hills spa experience (even though you’re there for medical reasons — without the snobbiness).

Dr Nicolai is a magician! I have never had a therapy prove such fast and noticable results to an injury. I had broken my hip due to overtraining (running), and did not take care of the recovery, meanign that i re-fractured it again. This time upseting spinal alignment and causing incredible pain and pressure across my back.
Dr nicolai was able to remove all pain within ²⁄₃ sessions, and begin to assist me to work to learn how to avoid both pain and injury in the future. Additionally, he supplements his adjustments with an INCREDIBLE massuese know knows the body and the sources and reasons for pain and works quickly to relieve them.
I am not an easy person to impress when it comes to therapies and services, but Wall st chiropratic and wellness has been an amazing find — and i look forward to my visit and walking out with no pain and more knowledge every time i go there.

I had crashed my motorcycle 6 weeks ago and screwed up my back pretty bad. I have been living with excruciating pain because I don’t like hospitals and or doctors I dunno I’m just weird like that, but at a friends request I scheduled a meeting with Dr. Nicholai. Wow! I mean wow! This guy cracked the hell out of my back and gave me some stretching exercises to do to help along with the healing. He even unlocked my ankle which I sprained like two months ago and it was still bothering me. I’m going back to see him in two days for a follow up appointment but I already feel 100% better. This guy really knows what he is doing and I’d recommend him to any family member or friend.

Get to the Chase:
Unilocal deal purchase of $ 90 for full $ 220 service, to diagnose and treat severe torticollis (neck pain).
Pros:
1) Absolutely professional, effective and polite
2) Began with a spine lengthening on the machine… which felt wonderful, then had Emily the CMT really break down the muscles and knots with deep tissue massage, and Dr. Nicolai pin-pointed major causes, effects, short-term treatment and long-term treatment.
3) Like Rice Crackers, Dr. Nicolai SNAP Crackle and POPPEd my back to 90% and I’m confident 100% in my next follow up. When he cracked my back, massaged the exact area of extreme pain with expert knowledge of the causes and solutions, I knew I’d be feeling better in no time.
4) Full disclosure, does not do a bait and switch, and tries to look for ways for you to have the best services without gouging you for money.
5) Looks out for his patients above-all-else
6) Great relaxing music and smells!
7) Quick and easy appointment, with very speedy response

There have been times that after seeing Dr. Nicolai I have gone home and slept for hours from how relaxed I stay from the adjustment.

I have to say, that today is my day to write the reviews I need. I am in fact taking my lunch hour to do so, as I think that the feedback we all provide is important for those who are seeking for services at an establishment. We have to take the time to let others know either how bad is the situation we are walking into, or how much you will benefit from going to a place. Thankfully, the latter is the case with Wall Street Chiropractic.
I was in a car accident last December and although I did not get serious injuries, I did hurt my back. Nonetheless, we have a tendency to ignore pains, when you don’t feel them as bad, thus I went to the gym the following week as usual. That was a blunder. I started having such dreadful pain in my lower back, and every time I tried stretching, my upper left side hurt as well, it was crazy! The pain was unbearable, so much that I couldn’t finish my workout that day.
The following day, I couldn’t go to work and plus we had a snow storm, so I was determined to go to see a doctor if the pain did not subside, but it didn’t in fact it got much worse throughout the day. The following day, I quickly went to Unilocal to seek out chiropractors, and I found Mr. Charles. Nicolai. At first I did not want to go there, as I live in Woodside Queens, but I was in serious pain, I couldn’t straighten myself up, thus I decided to go. BEST DECISION EVER!
I went there the first time January the 4^th, and although today is just the 17^th, I am back on track! After the third visit (I went there the 4^th of January, then the 6^th and then was back the 10^th and my last time was the 13^th) I will say that I don’t feel the pain any longer! This is almost incredible. It is so frustrating when you are into your exercise routine. I need my exercise to keep my mental and physical health and I don’t go to the gym to jog, I run 4 miles in 32 minutes and on good days I run even 10 miles (when I have the time), and then I do my muscle circuits lifting over 100 pounds, so I need to be in great conditions muscle wise, and I really am so happy that I am back on my regular routine.
Dr. Nicolai, is not a pusher of services, or inconsiderate, he is very patient, very professional. I will be traveling there next week, and I am happy with that. As someone that has seen many chiropractors I have to tell you, this is the true place.

Last week after already sleeping badly on my neck, I slipped and fell down the stairs. My neck was incredibly stiff and sent shooting pains if I tried to turn it at all. I’ve always been very skeptical about chiropractors, but I was desperate, so I found Dr. Nicolai on Unilocal and he gave me an appointment that afternoon.
After making sure there was no damage to my neck from the fall, he started my treatment with a 15 min massage and then a very slight adjustment. I appreciate that he was very cautious with my neck and didn’t ever force anything. He asked me to come back over the next few days before I left on vacation. Again, I was skeptical about yet another chiropractor wanting me to come back again and again. However, Dr. Nicolai worked with my insurance to make my copay something I could afford and every visit left me feeling better.
By the end of the week, I could turn my head again and any pain and stiffness was virtually gone. I am SO thankful that I made the phone call to Dr. Nicolai’s office. He and his massage therapists are amazing and I couldn’t have gotten a better Christmas present than the gift of feeling well again!
If you are suffering from back or neck pain, it is worth visiting him. See if he can help you feel better like he did me.

Too many hours at the office desk has done its damage to my posture — shoulders slump slightly forward, sharp, shooting pains right behind my neck and in between the shoulder blades … I was a girl in pain when I came in for my second visit. Thankfully, I now have some good insurance that’ll cover my alignment seshes with Dr. Nicolai to fix all of these issues. Returning to him almost one year later, he’s still the only person who can get them darn knots outta my back and relieve me of the pain caused by work and exercise (and I have definitely visited other acclaimed chiropractors in the interim period who were more affordable based on insurance coverage). Others would waste my ⁵⁰⁄₆₀ minutes appointment with paperwork getting to «know me and my health history» and then maybe 10 minutes of quick alignment. Those felt like nothing except quick pokes at my back, confirmation that my upper back is super tense and that I needed to do more wall angel, cat or cow stretches and exercises. I walked away from those others upset that I even had to spend a copay on them.
I assure you, Dr. Nicolai is the b0mb-diggity. He is über-quick and efficient, but there is a noticeable difference each time he works on his clients. For this latest session, I could only spare a few minutes since I was running late so he kept his promise to me: 2-minute alignment and then he’d have me on my way out the door. 2 minutes out of your day is all you have to spare for him to bring your body from stressed to a much improved state.
I went out there and did my homework folks, gave the other clinics and docs a chance … Nothing came close to what Wall Street Chiropractic and Wellness offers. Now please join me in prayer after your session that Dr. Nicolai never moves out of this area. That will be a sad, sad day for us all.
