I agree with the previous Unilocaler, no stars. Bought a deal from amazon local to have sofa cleaned on Thursday and an appointment was made for Monday morning. They never showed. I left a message and received a call back later that day. Apparently their driver was in an accident. Long story short rescheduled for this morning, never showed, left message, then given the exact same excuse. Did you forget you gave that excuse on Monday or is your driver that bad!!!

No stars really. I hired them to perform a «move out» clean of my apartment. I paid $ 200 and the job was terrible. Didn’t clean the cabinets, barely cleaned the floors and the bathroom was atrocious.
Check this out: One of the cleaners actually pooped in the toliet and didn’t flush it. I had moved out so it sat in my toliet for two days. The pooper in question left tons of paper in the toliet so it clogged. I had to open a buildng service request to have it unclogged. Disgusting and they didn’t respond when I contacted them.
