Wallack Management was established in 1978 as a branch of a real estate business that dates back to the 1940’s. We are a family owned and operated company based in New York City. Our current management portfolio contains over 55 properties, including cooperatives, condominiums and rental properties that range in size from single-​family townhouses to large apartment buildings with over 400 units.

The Wallack Family has been a part of the New York Real Estate community for over 60 years. The Client Management division of the family business was established in 1978 and serves a diversified portfolio of high-​end luxury residential cooperative, condominium and rental properties with a concentration on the East and West sides of Manhattan.
