History

Established in 2014.

From its inception, our goal at We Walk New York has been to introduce our visitors to the treasures and secrets of New York City that are unknown even to many natives. Our passion is to provide you with the very best walking tours around, teaching you a little something new along the way.

As a former teacher, our founder, Bridget Quisiguina, began this tour company in Summer 2014 with the dream of teaching visitors and natives alike some cool things about New York, while having an unforgettable experience! We are a growing business, full of passion for NYC and an eagerness to share this passion with our tour guests!

We offer tours to all age groups and across many diverse interests, everything from history, pop culture, art, architecture, photography, and the occult. There’s something for everybody at We Walk New York Tours!

Meet the Business Owner

Bridget Q.

Business Owner

After 14 years as a teacher, Bridget decided to pursue her longtime dream of becoming a NYC licensed tour guide. After many an hour spent reading and researching, she took the licensing exam and set as her personal goal the earning of a star next to her name on the licensed tour guide list, reserved only got those who receive ¹²⁰⁄₁₅₀. Bridget not only received her star, but surpassed her goal by receiving the exemplary score of ¹⁴³⁄₁₅₀ on the licensing exam. It was one of the proudest accomplishments of her life!

This summer, after honing her craft, Bridget started her own tour company, We Walk New York, and has enjoyed showing her tour guests the fascinating and often unknown past of New York, as well as some newer secrets, often right under our feet or right before our eyes. Her passion for the city is shared with all those who accompany her on jaunts around this amazing city!

Bridget is also a wife and mom. She enjoys reading, knitting, history, and travel.
