Unprofessional service. Provided me with mixed information and caused a lot of unwanted consequences. Such a disappointment!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They great you when you come in and as you leave.
I am here to exchange for euros and called a head of time to make sure they had it. The gentlemen on the phone was kind to check for me and when I got there doing my transaction, he asked if I was the one who called and introduced himself to me (very professional).
They are very efficient when doing transactions. I suggest if you plan on buying foreign currency, definitely call ahead! Be sure to let them know when you plan on coming as well just incase the teller went to lunch or is not in for the day.

A bit of a trek from my usual M train route, but the closest Wells Fargo to Bushwick which is about a whopping 50 minute train ride (I love NY, lol).
I arrived late Thursday on a cold and cloudy afternoon to get a temporary replacement debit card after having my
account hi-​jacked and my debit card frozen. I was courteously greeted and told I would be helped within a few minutes. All the lights were on and the place looked pretty clean. Within only seconds, Shane greeted me with a warm handshake and had me follow him over to his desk. On my way over, same greeter guy intercepted me with a free water bottle, nice! I was parched.
After some straightforward, un-​awkward small talk, Shane hooked it up with my temporary debit card and I was out the door in no time, ready to swipe my new card and spend my hard earned cash on bodega ATM fees and overpriced bar/​restaurants.
Overall a pretty nice branch, outstanding customer service and the 2 chairs I sat in were pretty comfortable. A+

Awful! customer service and that is unfortunately an understatement. Opened an account here and did not receive my debit card two weeks later. When I went to the bank to ask what they could do, I had to line behind 5 people. After an hour I gave up. The personnel asked me to leave my phone number so my advisor could call me. Never happened. Second time, same thing. So basically I have an account at Wells Fargo but can not access my money unless I cue for hours to receive a card I should have received weeks ago. Highly discourage to open an account at Wells Fargo.

I had my business switch over to Wells Fargo, because they touted good customer service and low rates.
Everything about this is not true. They have terrible customer service, their online department is quick to send you into a branch to get you off of their case. Their branch seems friendly but no one knows what they are doing. One minute I’m told they can’t locate an old check image, and the next minute someone else says they can.
I’ve never experienced such dismissal for being a business banking client with large balances. No personal communication or customer service, despite the «premium» charges. My assigned bankers don’t call back, sometimes for days.
Perhaps all these positive reviews are referring to personal banking with Wells, but it’s all thumbs down for business banking.

Convenient for me because it’s located near school, friendly service, but if you need to speak with a banker, expect to wait 20 minutes or more.

Been a member for 23 years. I love the customer service. This branch in SOHO typically has a short wait, and two ATM’s.
Minus 2 stars for the front lobby area smelling like B.O. I don’t know what it is, but the last three times I came here, the whole front lobby where the ATM’s are reaked like Jerry Seinfelds car.

They let me put money into my sister’s account without hassle. They are also open on Saturdays until 3 here. Otherwise, a little tiny but a convenient enough location.
