There is never heat in the apartment. Our baby got sick because of that. Elevator doors closing on you all the time. Nite time there is not enough people to watch who is coming in. The pool and the terrace that they promosed never delivered. Management gives you attitude when you have a complain which is always! Only thing about yhe place guys at front desk and maintanance peope are nice. Over the market price. Getting out when our lease is up! Dont reccomend it at all!

this place is a joke. i payed full amount in cash upfront for my apartment. and there is not hot water for first 10 min every time i try to take a shower. Also, there are roaches all over the place, and rats on the first floor.
Getting on the elevator is pain in the ass, the elevator is broken every one or two weeks. Moreover, i moved in 2012 fall and they promised me for gyms and facilities construction done by 2012 – 2013 winter but they recently made one on 2014 winter. The some door mans are not friendly and lazy. Everytime i ask to fix something, it takes week. there was a time when my ceiling had crack on rainy day so that the water was dripping on my room for whole night. I mean, there are so many things that i want to complain and every time i see some apartment hunters in the elevator, i want to give them some serious advise. This place is mass. I am so glad that my lease is about to over. Let’s ESCAPE!!!
