They didn’t have what I was looking for — an urban-​looking snapback in black on black. In other words, sophisticated casual.
They did have black on black fitted, but they’re too bulky and structured and don’t work backwards. They also had a black on black on-​field snapback, but it was faded (greying in spots) and warped around the stitched logo. Neither struck the right balance for everyday wear by a stylish guy in his younger 20s.
It evened out with the attentive salesman, who answered my questions and explained the many options.

Customer service non existent.
Was told I could return item if not fully satisfied, now trying to exchange item and manager treats me surprisingly badly. ‘This is our policy’. Complained and was asked ‘Don’t you have anything better to do? There are several other stores nearby. Do you want a list with numbers ?’ Meant to purchase several other items, which is not happening now — and def will not frequent this outlet again.

Seems selection isn’t as big as 49th location, but perhaps because they don’t have much traffic (it’s surrounded by office buildings), my client and I were able to find the right size much easier than 49th street location, and there’s no pushing going on to buy.
{rice is total rip off, you are paying for the logo and experience that «Oh, and this item is from actual Yankees clubhouse», nothing more. I’d rather buy at Mo or even Chinatown to save some cash.

My sister in Texas desperately wanted some Derek Jeter 3000-​hit bracelets, but didn’t want to spend $ 5 on shipping.
Enter me, the loving New York brother. I made a special trip uptown to this shop to buy them for her. How very nice of me.
I’d throw on a 4th star, but for the fact that the people in line in front of me took a lifetime and a half to pay. I have no idea what was going on, but after about 10 minutes of mental atrophy, I realized I’d been standing there for far too long. No other staff members ever offered to check me out at another register.
End of the world? No. Annoying? Yes.

Choke full of Yankee wear and more, however, they lack a good selection of women’s attire. I wish they would expand the women’s clothes. I end up buying men’s as I have yet to see stylish women’s attire.
