I need to take a moment to thank Dawn Manuel for her amazing attention to detail and unmatched customer service. I came into the store one night over a month ago with a big problem that had been ongoing for over 3 months. She stayed with me until after close and called at least 2 of her supervisors to get permission to correct for one of my «issues». Today I returned to the store for a few different issues where I had expert help from a great retail sales consultant, Kim Holcomb. Kim approached Dawn with one of my requests and Dawn came right over, shook my hand, and asked me how my new start up was going. Not only did she remember me but she remembered my issues and my new company. Give them a raise! They deserve it. I was ready to pull all my phones not tied to a contract and head to a different company. Knowing Dawn and Kim are available when I need help kept me with ATT.

I am really disappointed that they would not allow me to return a Bose speaker only 16 days after purchasing it. I had the box, receipt, etc. and only turned it on once. Most stores such as Best Buy and QVC have been offering a mid or late January return date. I would not buy anything from them again.

Went in for a new sim card only. Jeremy was our rep and he was awesome. Store was insanely busy but he walked right up to us and offered help. He was so informative on anything and everything we asked about. We ended up walking out extremely happy and with tons of money saved plus some new services. Jeremy easily excels at his job and represents AT&T in a perfect way. Wendi, the manager came up and introduced herself and she was amazing too. We had great conversations with both of them. They are both real and down to earth and truly care about the brand. I can honestly say Jeremy and Wendi made us customers for life if this is how we will be treated all the time. Wendi does a great job running that store and putting customers first and Jeremy does a great job to represent the company.

This store, which is inside the Christiana Mall, is insanely busy even on a weekday evening. I think it would be a better idea to visit the Talleyville store on Concord Pike if you would rather not be on a long waiting list. However, from what I’ve seen, they do try to get to every customer as efficiently as possible and they are fairly competent in setting up prepaid GoPhone plans.

Went to the store 3 times to get something done. 2 out of the 3 times we were«lucky» enough to be serviced by a sales rep called Darris. He was not up to his game with his work, couldn’t figure things out, and simply told us that there was no way to get what we wanted done. So with our final attempt, we went to the manager, and she was very helpful and we got what we went there for. Take away from this experience: don’t ask Darris for anything because he’s not only incapable, but also unwilling to help you.
