Brows

Always go here to get my eyebrows done. It doesn’t cost an arm and a leg just to thread my eyebrows/​upper lip. The woman there knows exactly what I want and doesn’t try to make my eyebrows thinner like most places. I also have a nose piercing and every-​time I go to other places to get my eyebrows done they always pull it out with there thread and it hurts like hell –_​-​. But this place is amazing and will continue to go here. :)

friendly staff and gets the job done in less than five minutes. The results are fabulous with amazing on point eyebrows and you won’t be disappointed. The lady that did mine did a really good job considering it was my first time.

Used to love them. But back in dec they had this lady that was so nozy. She wanted to know my whole life and that was so unconfortable!
She was concetrated on my life and not my eyebrows. I wouldnt talk so she stop but she didnt. And my eyebrows came out so uneven. I had to find myself another eyebrow place.
Guys please hire a more professional staff.

The last two times I went here the service and threading was bad. I was not greeted and the lady was very rough with my face. I was getting my eyebrows done. She broke the string many times on my face. She didn’t budge when I was flinching and left scratches on my eyeIid. She didn’t offer lotion or cream aftetward. Tip: If you are going to be in customer’s faces freshen your breath with a mint or gum. I will not be coming back to Brows eventhough the location is convenient.

The person who attended me, behaved as if she was doing me a favor by doing my eyebrows! By the way she was the only person there!

I haven’t been here in quite some time, I thought I would give them another chance since driving to San Jose is a hassle just for my eyebrows. Lesson learned, I will take the 30 – 45 minute drive.
I came here two weeks ago to get my eyebrows threaded. There was some commotion going on in the mall that security fled past the store front very quickly. Both employees working at the store were very unprofessional with having personal conversation and constantly looking outside to see what was going on. With that being said, the girl that was doing my threading obviously didn’t concentrate on the task in hand aka doing my eyebrows. She didn’t put enough time & effort into making sure I was comfortable and satisfied. If you can’t multitask with having a conversation with your coworker and do threading, don’t hold a personal conversation until your customer leaves because its wasting time laying there in the chair and having nothing done.
The threading wasn’t completely horrible but lacking the attention needed to show some professionalism in the quality in their work. I feel that the worker wasn’t very skilled in threading if she needed to use tweezers, that’s never a good sign in my book since threading should’ve taken care of that. I won’t be coming back. If an adult working can’t even focus on a simple task without being distracted, don’t do any threading on a customer until you got whatevers on your mind out of your system.

I alwsys ho here to get me eyebrows and lip threaded and i really do like this place… the only disadvantage is dat they always change workers there. && i dnt like dat. would perfer to stay with one person who you know and can go back to

The four stars are being awarded to 75% of the ladies I’ve encountered who work there.
There was one girl in particular who was super sweet and friendly during the threading. And there’s a middle aged woman who I think might manage the place who is wonderful.
But I have to take a star away for a girl who did my eyebrows last time I was there. They look good… on their own. But together as a pair my brows definitely did not match. One was threaded skinnier than the other, and she ASKED me if I was paying HER tip in cash. I definitely didn’t think that was really appropriate, though I left a solid tip regardless. Wish I didn’t, but oh well. Here’s hoping I go back there next time and get someone I really like.
Oh well. Pay ten bucks for this, or $ 22 for the Benefit counter– I suppose you get what you pay for.

This place is terrible. The artist that did my eyebrows cut me several times and took a noticable section of my eyebrow off. I was so disappointed. After threading my eyebrows she tried to cover it up with the powder fill. I noticed when I washed my face that evening. The powder is very itchy and cheap. Theirs to many other places to get good quality threading done. Obviously their artists are not screened very well. I dont want to discredit the artists that do do a good job there but are you gonna gamble and hope you dont get the scary one I got.
Never go back!

it was my first time going to this place and i loved it the very moment Crystal started threading my eyebrows. the thread was so soft and smooth and my skin didnt get too red right after… i give this a five star! great place. good prices. check it out! :)

I would rather get my eyebrows threaded here than at the threading booth downstairs. Prices are very reasonable.

I’m a very picky when it comes to my eyebrows, I would recommend this shop to ALL my friends.
No other place I’d go to. I was getting my eyebrows waxed at the nail shop next to BROWS, but ever since they opened, I’ve been a loyal customer. There’s other threading spots in the mall, and I’ve been to all (downstairs middle island & barber shop, nail shop next to Burlington) never have i felt so proud of nice, perfect, sharp, ON POINT eyebrows until I switched to BROWS.
Their prices are reasonable, $ 10 brow, $ 5 lips etc.
Staff are very friendly with great personalities. They had two older ladies but now they have two young ladies. They let you know what suits your face, and give out helpful recommendations. Its nice to feel confortable with someone you’re trusting your eyebrows with… :)
Try them, you wont be disappointed!
