The location is probably the only good thing i have to say. SLOWANDBADSERVICE. Served food without any silverware and we had the food sitting for 10 minutes at least… no joke. Run away while you can. Our drink sat up at the bar for over 15 minutes. One of our friends went back later that night… they are closing the doors… management didn’t even tell the employees. Bad form.

HAD A DRINKSPITINBY A DISGRUNTLEDWAITER — NEVERGOINGBACK!!! I work very close to this restaurant, and I and my colegues have patronized this branch many times in the past 7 years that our office has been in it’s current location. Yesterday I and two colegues were working late, so we decided to take a break and have dinner at this restaruant. We were therre about 7:30 pm(Wednesday) and there were not too many occupied tables(it was not busy). We placed our order fior a drink and standard dishies(hamburgers & Enchilada). After 45 minins and no dinner yet or drink follow up from our waiter, one of our party went to the bar(which was right next to us) to ask for a refill of our drinks. He suggested to the bar tender that she remind the waiter to follow up with his service responsibilities. The food came out as the refills were being«create.» The Waiter response to my colegue’s recommendation was to spit in one of the drinks that he ordered, and give it to us. We were ofcourse outraged by this. We quickley left with out flagging this discusting act, only because we were anxious to get back to our pending work and did’nt want to spend any more time there. Cheeseburger in Paradise has lost the patrinige of everone in my office.

For a burger joint, the burgers are plain at best. The patties just didn’t have any flavor and the toppings didn’t make it taste any better. I would never eat here again. Burger King is a better option, in my opinion.

Hey, it’s quick and it’s good. Lots of fried but there are great burgers(try the Kobe) and the beer is always cold. Julie at the bar always makes you feel welcome and is a true asset to this establishment. But, honestly, I’m always greeted with a smile, a cold beer and a good meal. Worth the stop, every six months.

Stopped by here in early June on a trip. We got take out, but the burgers were still pretty good. The buns were a little greasy, but otherwise good. We called ahead with a menu from the website. The only challenge is that they hadn’t updated their mobile website, so that made the call in effort a little more challenging. We don’t have one in our neck of the woods, so it was great to go to one while traveling.

I was expecting more variety in the way of cheeseburgers for a place with cheeseburger in the name. The Oreo shake was good. The burger tasted like it was frozen at some point. Fries were the highlight. The waiter mentioned that they have a soda bar with 100+ combinations/varieties. There is a separate menu just for the soda. The waiters are dressed casually. All in all, it’s what one would expect from a chain.

I ate here last weekend on my way back from Christiana Mall. My food was NOTGOOD. I ordered the BBQ cheeseburger and it was dry and boring. Honestly, I wish I had just stopped at McDonald’s.

I had the American burger and it was okay. The meat just isn’t as tasty as others such as Jake’s or even 5-Guys. The fries they serve with the burger were thin cut almost shoestring which I don’t care for. Honestly, this would get bypassed in the future should I want a good burger.

Friendly service. Cocktails. Monday 3 sliders for $ 5. Burgers. Salads. Appetizers. Desserts. Pretty basic. I ordered the steak salad, and would recommend ordering it without dressing or dressing on the side, as the balsamic dressing is very thick.

Salty tortilla soup, coconut shrimp breading was greasy and fell off. Sauces had no taste. I had the sliders. Cheeseburger with no flavor. Service was good. Food, not!

I got a cheeseburger(of course) and it was delicious. I ate with three vegetarians and the restaurant is willing to take any burger and make it with a veggie or turkey patty. They have an interesting selection of coca-cola products which the waiter was really proud of(diet cherry vanilla from a fountain).

For this being a chain burger joint it was pretty good as they try to make it relaxing by playing J.B.(Jimmy Buffet) and have a beach theme to it. Nothing but TVs’ all around showing some kind of sporting event and a bartender who is slingin drinks out there. good stuff I have been in here before and i enjoyed one of there smoke house bacon burger, but this time i went in with one burger in mind… KOBEBURGER Started off with an app. went with loaded chips. this was interesting, thick cut chips and you can tell it wasn’t a bag of Herrs. these bad boys were topped with sour cream, melted chedar, topped with bacon, scallons and diced tomatos. very tasty and good. Had some of their special teas’(non alcholic) a mix of peach and mango was very good. Yeaa a Kobe beef burger. this monster was delicious… grilled medium and i had it with cheddar and applewood smoked bacon added to it. on a potato bun holy moly this was tasty. juicy and just an explosion on my taste buds. The fries that came with it could have been thicker. thin fries and a giant burger don’t match. I would have gone with steak fries … thicker cut Our waitress was friendly, place looked clean and bright. The bathroom well once you open the door there is a big ass sea turtle lookin at ya. had that boardwalk bathroom beach smell to it… not the sandy smell lets just say. food and service was great… Bathroom needs some looking into other than that it was a good visit

Yes, it’s a chain. Who cares! I like everything there and every time we go to the Christiana Mall, we go there. I used to commute Philly to Baltimore daily, and this was one of the great meeting places in between that was worth the drive for both parties.

I was to this restaurant once with our daughter and her family — they have been there numerous times. The part that REALLY impressed me is that they have delicious GLUTENFREE items & the servers are well informed(in addition to ‘regular’ food). Oh I know many many restaurants are becoming more aware of the necessity of Gluten Free menu items, but it’s really tough with children. Adults can order ‘around’ things and get a good meal. There are GF burger rolls available that are taste-LESS, let alone servers in a restaurant knowing even what ‘gluten free’ is [I inquired at a different restaurant if there was a Gluten Free menu available & the server brought me a ‘weight watchers’ menu!!! ] What’s with THAT!!! Most times when I would be with others who order burgers, I order my burger with a ‘lettuce wrap’ … oh it’s good, but once in awhile ya need a burger on a burger roll! My 6 yr old grandson was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at age 2 and he is not a very good eater so when he LOVED the rolls(French Meadow is the brand they use there) and ate the fish sandwich we were all thrilled. He was thrilled to be able to order like everyone else at the table. I also have Celiac Disease and it is good to have a really good cheeseburger on a GF roll every once in awhile! It was very refreshing to find a place where the servers are so well informed of the necessity of separate cooking of all GF dishes. My other grandson has an egg allergy and the servers were very accommodating concerning getting his order correct also. They were ver yknowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure eating there. Another ‘PLUS’ is that it is located in a shopping center … near Toys R Us and if you happen to be shopping & have children with you, this is a great — safe– place to eat if you have someone who needs special dietary needs … especially if Gluten Free items are needed.

Here’s what I get every time… App: Fried Pickles! Can never go wrong! Meal: Pressed Burger! My favorite burger at the paradise. Sure I have had all sorts of different things at CIP, but those are my favorites. The CIP Drink is AWESOME as well…

First tried this place during my college days in Bloomington, IN. Saw this in Newark so tried it with the fiancé. They’ve got this Pineapple/Coconut drink that is outstanding. I got the blackened chicken sandwich and it was good as always. Fiancé got the Mushroom Swiss burger and she really liked it. Prices are pretty cheap and the food is very decent. It took us a while to get greeted after we were seated but the waitress was nice. This place won’t blow you away but it is a decent chain that does a good job.

This restaurant is in the strip mall area off of Churchmans Road eastbound. There seems to be more than enough parking in the restaurant lot within the strip mall complex. I thought the beach-themed restaurant décor was very gimmicky. The food, on the other hand, wasn’t that inspiring and prices were high for the portion sizes. So I’m not sure I’d go back to this one unless I had company and they insisted.

Typical chain burger place, I suppose. Seems like a fun place for a happy hour since they have those giant beer tap things you can order, but at the same time, what good can a happy hour be if you have to drive home? I came here for my birthday because I had to drive back to Richmond that night, and my roommate and I joked about going to this place since we had stayed a month at a nearby hotel. I ordered a birthday piña colada with no alcohol(driving, boo), which was delicious! It’s in my profile picture, actually, and came with cute sunglasses pin in the fruit. Obviously, it doesn’t take much to please me. We ordered the chip dip trio as an appetizer, and while the salsa and guacamole were lackluster, the crab dip was delicious. I ordered the shrimp tacos for an entrée, and they were satisfying, considering the place we were at. Service was fine, ambiance was«beachy». I didn’t mind my meal, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to return, either. Except maybe to get another piña colada with cute sunglasses pin in the fruit…

Had to run to a near by shop and decided to get some take out. Ordered the bacon cheddar burger that came with a side of fries. The burger was average. Bun was acceptable not soft nor was it grilled and toasty. Patty itself was dull in flavor and a bit one dimensional. Topping were fresh with crisp lettuce. The fries were crispy with a good crunch and salt. Found this to be an average meal and not as good as other burger places that are nearby.

Gasp! Four stars for a chain restaurant?! What in tarnation am I doing? The group I went with and I really enjoyed our food here. After four long weeks of work, we decided to get dinner together here. Yea, it’s a chain restaurant. Yea, it’s a Jimmy Buffet chain restaurant. Yea, it’s a Jimmy Buffet chain restaurant with too much of a beachy-feel to it. But you know what, somehow we all managed to have a good time. For drinks, our favorites were the electric lizard and the CIP signature cocktail. Both were appropriately decorated in a flashy fashion but were delicious and packed a tiny punch too. For entrees, I can’t really remember what all of us had. I ordered the Killer Crab Burgers which were pretty good and filling despite how small the portion looked. My side of sweet potato chips were pretty good as well, but mind you, they are like potato chips and not wedges. The St. Bart’s Chicken was pretty good from what I heard. The only thing that got really messed up were the sides we ordered. Make sure whoever is waiting on you gets your orders right! For dessert, we ordered the chocolate nachos. This dessert, alone with the molten lava cake at Chili’s, is one of the most diabetic desserts I have ever seen. Check the description: «Chocolate and flour tortillas fried, sweetened and covered with chocolate sauce, strawberries and colored sprinkles. Served with Blue Bell® strawberry and vanilla ice cream for dipping.» Fried? Sweetened? Oh jeebus, this is too much. This is something you share with your friends and make sure you don’t order it for yourself. Four star experience because I had great people, pretty good food, needed a stress reliever, and within walking distance of the Fairfield Inn.
