History
Established in 1986.
Chef Wu’s Chinese Restaurant was originally located in a small strip mall on Winchester Avenue in Campbell California serving the classic American style Chinese cuisine. Then in the 2002 Chef Wu’s moved to a location in Cupertino, California where they started serving traditional Taiwanese cuisine and business flourished. After a brief semi-retirement, Chef Wu’s is now located in Newark California and only serves Taiwanese cuisine five days a week.

Ken W.
Business Owner
Ken Wu immigrated to California from Taiwan in 1980. He worked various jobs at different kitchens in San Jose. In 1986 he finally opened his first restaurant Chef Wu’s in Campbell California.
