Classic Milenio’s Dispatching Service

They are bad news. Asked for — and paid for — a town car to pick up my inlaws from the airport. They sent a lady in high heels in a Chevy who couldn’t even help them with their luggage. Stay away. Über it. Every time I tried to call them I was told someone would call me back and they never did. I’m a busy enough person that eventually I just forgot about it which is what I guess they were hoping I’d do. Months later (i.e. today) I came across the paperwork I had filled out with my SPECIFIC requests for a town car and to treat my inlaws like royalty (since I couldn’t make the time to pick them up) which has prompted me to finally write this review.

The worst «car service» I have ever taken. A company I was visiting ordered me a car from here and the driver could not communicate with me as he did not speak English. This made paying difficult. He didn’t tell me the price when we stopped and when I asked him how much he just made up a random figure as far as I could tell. I handed him a CC and he said no cash only. Though the service said he took cards. I only had 75% of what he asked for in cash and told him I’d need an ATM then he said «this is good» and took the cash…
Odd as it wasn’t what he asked originally. I needed a receipt which he wrote on paper that noted the service took CC’s on it.
I called the car service to explain my experience about the CC and the rudest woman took my call. NEVER again. I let the company who booked the car for me to bring their business elsewhere moving forward. This is why Über is winning the car service game.

Classic car 297… the worst taxi car ever. I just took the car and accidentally dropped my phone in the car. Called the dispatch within 5 mins of getting home to find the driver and it took almost 2 hours to finally get the driver and I had to pay an additional $ 12 to get my phone back.

I called a cab a little after midnight and the driver picked me up with someone else in the passenger seat. Not sure if that’s acceptable or even legal. On my way home he took the wrong exit and he said he was distracted from the conversation he was having with the man in the passenger seat. When I told him to turn on a certain street he told that I didn’t know how to pronounce the name of the street. There was something off about the man. I think he was on drugs but I’m not 100% sure. He charged me $ 17 which I thought was a bit pricey for the trip. I still tipped him $ 1. I called my friend when I go home, who sometimes takes this taxi service and route, and she told me she always pays $ 14. I called the dispatcher and let them know and they apologized but didn’t offer any other type of recompensation.

Classic Milenio’s Dispatching Service, you are by far the most professional, courteous and proactive in making sure that my trip was without a problem.

I’ve been dedicated to this Classic Milenio’s Dispatching Service limo company for three years now and love there service. Stared to use this company when we had a wedding and never stopped. I don’t use limo services more than twice a year but when i do these guys are there for me thanx again.
