Horrible service! We called for them to fix our ac. The man who came out was rude, and didn’t even TRY to fix the problem. He kept trying to sell us a new one instead. Even though he did NOTHING, he still charged us $ 90 and left. We called another business the next day(DYEHVAC) who fixed the problem quickly, were courteous and polite, and only charged us $ 150 for the whole ordeal. They said there is no way we need a new ac at this time. DONOTUSETHISBUSINESS!

We installed a new thermostat. Problem was, it required the unused«C» wire(common wire). I could not find where to hook it up in the furnace so I had to call them for an after hours call as we were getting cold. They gave me a 2-hour response time. It turned in to a nearly 3-hour. I had to call them back for an update. They told me it would cost $ 139 for an after hours call. The guy seemed kinda rude on the phone and acted like he didn’t want the work, even after I told him we were freezing. He only took it after I said, «you mean there is nobody trained to hook this up?» The tech that showed up was great. He had the wire hooked up in 5 minutes. The issue started when the tech then told me it would be $ 89 after adding a coupon he had. That turned out to be a lie after I got my bill. Then he texted himself my credit card number to run it the next day. That made me really uneasy. I offered him a chance to follow me to the bank around the corner. I literally called every heating guy in the area and they were only 1 of 2 that returned my call. The other company was telling me how to do a bypass and didn’t really understand the issue and didn’t want to come out. So, Dor-Mar had me in a corner. Don’t know if I will use them again if the staff isn’t on the same page and until they find a new way to run credit cards.
