The Institute was founded by Mr. Jerry Docarmo to teach English to immigrants, and then became accredited by the Department of Education through CEA and Homeland Security to accept International students on a student visa in the United States.

Today the Harvest Institute is the home to students from all over the world and more than 50 nationalities. 6,000 thousand students already concluded a course at the HEI

His goal is to help non-​English speakers to reach fluency in the English Language, while immersing in the culture, history, and life style of America.
