I have used this place numerous times for my iPhone 5, 5s, my wife’s iPhone 5 and 5s, and our iPad2 and iPad Air and have always rated it 5 stars.
Today I arrived at the store at 12:15 and it had a curtain up with a «will return at 12:00» sign up. No problem, I thought. It’s usually only one person there and a person has to have a meal break, right?
At 1:50 the curtain was still up, so I went to the Gorilla Fix kiosk right upstairs at the food court.
Due to the service and quality I’ve had in the past, I will most likely try them again with the next device. At least now we know where to go as an alternate place.

I’m very disappointed with this company. I bought a screen with the lifetime warranty. When it broke, I went online and ordered another one paying the 6 $ for shipping. It’s been 4 months and still no screen. The front of my iPhone is cracked again so I emailed the company regarding this and a week later they still have not responded.

Recently got my Apple watch hd invisible shield here, online is still on pre order. Management is super cool. Been getting my iPhone’s shields done here for a while now. Installation is done in a timely manner and replacements are stress free.
Highly recommend this place for your invisible shield needs.

Installation quality is top-​notch. We always make the commute out to the mall to get our shields installed. Tried doing it ourselves a few times, and it just doesn’t look as good as when we have the folks at this location perform the installation.
Most shields can be cut in-​store, so inventory is never an issue.
We’re pretty picky about absolutely perfect installations, so we always come here.

Been meaning to write a review and have just been lagging. My husband and I have been coming here for screen protectors for a couple yrs now. The owner is always helpful and does a good job. She makes sure you’re ok with the way it looks before you leave. The protector my husband wanted was out of stock and she called him as soon as it came in and set it aside from him. We only bring our electronics here because of the service.

Bring broken protector to get a replacement
Prior to coming in, I first called to see if they had my Invisible Shield glass protector in stock. They had one more left and was told that they would wait for me to come in.
I first bought the protector elsewhere, registered it online, then saved the broken protector to show for proof for a replacement.
At first, I was going to order a replacement on line, however, it was $ 5.99 for shipping! Plus another fee to get it installed. Why pay all that money when you can just come here and pay the installation fee?
They lady behind the counter was really friendly and installed my new glass screen protector on my phone with ease. I would definitely come back here!

The installation is second to none. Add in the great product suggestions and pleasant service, this is the place to go for phone and tablet protection. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve been coming to. this location fir a while now and every time I’m greeted. with excellent service and staff that goes above and beyond to help me out. Amit stayed on top of my. order and sent me timely updates, working with my schedule to ensure I received the shield I wanted. The first shield I had lasted a year and a half with no issues and each time I come in for a replacement, it’s quick and simple. The work is also spot on, no air bubbles and great clarity! I had scratched my screen slightly and with the shield, the scratch is basically gone! So, so satisfied with everything here and highly recommend!

The same remains for almost everything. Service is stellar. Fast and the lady behind the counter Amit still owns the business. So she tries to give you the best possible customer service.
So the only thing that changed is the installation fee of $ 8. It used to be $ 7. Big deal! It’s nothing compared to the vast admiration I have for the Zagg product and this branch. The warranty indicated on my first review still stands!

I brought 2 phones here over the weekend. Both were off brand and needed custom screens. The associate was very helpful and I came out with 2 perfect screens

Great place to have a screen cover put on. Always go back if there is any problems. But there are never any problems. They even lent me a cover while my other cover was being sent there. I will always go back to this place. There is nothing to be disappointed with.

Don’t know why there are so much bad reviews on here. I am a returning customer when I first bought my iPhone 5, I brought it at this location for a screen protector installation the lady was really friendly and the screen protector lasted OVER TWO YEARS… So today I brought my iPhone 6 for a screen protector installation. The lady who did it was precise and did a good job. No air bubbles or access dust. Hope this ones lasts more than two years again :). This is my go to place whenever I need any phone screen installations because it’s close to my house and the people who work there are super friendly! Thanks ladies!

Very Very disappointed with their customer service. Of course I bought the product and think its great but when trying to get a replacement all local zagg stores dont even pick up or have a busy tone. I call their customer service with no results and being on hold for way too long. I would just do it online through the system but the first time i couldnt even submit a request for a replacement. So I called and they cleared it now i can fill out the order but it wont process my card information. I’m extremely disappointed overall with customer service and tired of getting the run around. Also the location at newpark seems to have a front drape showing the store is closed most of the times I stop by maybe I just have bad luck, not sure.

Went originally here and was unhappy with the installation of the sheild on my new iPad mini. Went back and explained my frustration to Rosanna. She removed and reinstalled a new sheild and took extra time to make sure it was perfect. She apologized for the original installation and do not charge me for the second. Overall very happy!

I am a big fan of Zagg products and I was using this Newpark mall outlet whenever I needed to install/​replace the screen protectors for any of my devices since I moved to Fremont 2 years back.
There used to be this lady with tattoos and piercings most of the times who used to service me, and she was very good.
There is this another lady (who speaks broken english with a spanish accent) who works here for the past few months and I don’t really have words (nor do I understand) as to how I was treated there recently.
So it happens such that I had a iPhone 4S for which I installed the screen protector a month before the new iPhone 5S launched. While doing so, I had inquired as to how my warranty would work if I switched a device. I was told by the tattooed lady that I could just bring the new phone and she would be happy to apply new protectors and take the old ones.
So exactly 19 days after this, I went to the store with my new phone and the old one with the cover. The lady who speaks broken English was there with a guy holding hands behind the desk (that’s none of my business, but I am saying this to convey a thing)
I greet and tell her my situation. She flat out rejects it, and says ‘Zagg does not allow this kind of thing’ (her exact words). I tell her that the other representative told me about it, she rejects saying that person does not work here. I ask her if I can talk to the manager, she says she is the manager and store owner and yelled at me to leave the store and go check the website.
I was taken aback by her anger, but I politely asked what could be done. She angrily said that she was busy right now with a customer (the guy she was holding hands with behind the counter) and didn’t have the product and was closing soon (this was at 5:00PM)
I said I’ll contact Zagg with her response. She yelled at me to go away and stop bothering. I quickly exited the store with both her and the guy laughing at my back.
I contacted Zagg Customer Support, told them what had happened. They sent me a replacement in lass than a week. I went to the Stevens Creek Mall store and got it installed on my new phone.
End of story, but lesson learnt, not to visit this store. Or any store when the employees are getting intimate with someone else, as I might be causing a disturbance in their fun activities (so what if this needs to be done behind close doors and during non-​business time)

If I could give zero stars for this place I totally would. Absolutely horrible. I had recently gotten my iPhone switched out for a repair and just wanted to replace my shield. The product itself is good and would recommend buying it but if you want an exchange forget it!
Zagg always prides itself on it’s lifetime warranty and expected a smooth exchange, but when I go to the main store they don’t know what product I have. They can’t check. Then they install the wrong product. Tell me they don’t have the right one. They say that I can order it and wait 2 weeks and come back. (the reason I drove to the store instead of an online exchange is because I don’t have time)
Overall it was a disaster. I asked the sales associate if they had other stores and she replied she did not know. In fact almost half the questions I asked her she didn’t know. I asked for the San Francisco branches’ number, she did not know. I asked if they are branches in other areas, she did not know.
Ask yourself this, when a Zagg store doesn’t have items in stock that say a chain store such as Best Buy or RadioShack has, then what kind of main store is that?
Also a little side note and think that I observed. Be very careful when you get your shield exchanged. I saw her pull a shield from beneath the counter that was unmarked. I would recommend asking to see if it is the actual product.
