Established in 1987.

We started our residential and commercial cleaning business in 1987 in Union County (Jersey City). Sense then, we have grown to four additional counties (Essex, Union, Middlesex & Passaic). We are family owned and operated. Bonded and Insured. As our slogan goes, «We don’t just clean, we beautify!»

I graduated from Malcolm X Shabazz High School of Newark, NJ in 1978. My business curriculum was instrumental in assisting me in my endeavors in becoming an entrepreneur.

I graduated from Caldwell College of West Caldwell, NJ, in 1982. I earned a certificated of accomplishment for my Black Seal’s education.

I began my janitorial career as a cleaner. After diligence and hard work, I qualified as a crew leader, supervisor and finally manager. With pride and honor, Ricky Simms Cleaning Service Inc. was launched in 1987!
