When my Patek gave up on me I worried about not being able to afford a factory repair. The watch was a gift I received from my uncle many years ago.
A friend told me about Simon Jewellers. Mr. Simon is a lifetime watchmaker with factory experience. So I visited Simon Jewellers and presented the watch to Mr. Simon and he gave me an estimate. It wasn’t cheap, but I was assured warranty.
3 weeks later i got a call to pick my watch. I have to confess, the watch was overhauled, polished and fitted with a new strap!
My Patek had been working perfectly for 6 months and I would recommend Simon’s work to anybody, without reservations
