Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Homes

I realize it’s a bit strange to be reviewing a funeral home, but I traveled to Newark, DE to attend a family member’s memorial service at this funeral home and was impressed.
This place was really nice, the staff was wonderful, the setup was great, the parking was convenient, and the service orchestrated well.
Once again, the staff was just top-​notch from greating guests at the entrance to orchestrating the service like clockwork, providing water, etc.
Now, I don’t have any ties to the state of Delaware, so there would be no reason for me to be memorialized at this place when I go, but I did make it clear to a family member that if something happened to me, I would like the service to be held at a similar type funeral home.
If you are looking for a funeral home and are considering Spicer-​Mullikin, I would not hesitate and I am sorry for your loss.
