shoutout to the guy with the pony tail who couldnt be bothered to turn away from his two friends bullsh! tting about who knows what. Stood there for 5 minutes and didnt even get so much as a «ill be right with you».

Sunglass Hut @ Newpark gets my stamp of approval! I went to a different SH (Palo Alto) and when they adjusted my Ray Bans with heat it warped my frames. I went back to this location, where I purchased my glasses almost a year ago, and the associate made an exception to take care of me. He replaced my glasses, which is awesome because I spent almost 200 on them the first time around.

I came here to check out a particular style that I really liked. I have had good experience with the sales associate here before and this time really topped it off.
I was browsing around in the beginning and I was approached by Tiana (hope I spelled it correctly). She assisted me to look for the one I was looking for and gave me a few suggestions. I had mentioned to her that I have had bad luck in finding a new pair of sunglasses because I do not have the nose bridge to hold any sunglasses and wider feature of my face.
Then she got another pair of new ones and really liked it. Fit like a perfect glove and was ready to pay for it. I had also mentioned that I had purchased one before and did not wear it at all (one of my impulse buys). Tiana had explained to me that Ray Ban has lifetime warranty and I could exchange it. I was really surprised that I could do this.
Overall, my experience was excellent. If you are in the market for a new pair of sunglasses, stop by at this location for a great experience and best price!
